Don't expect to be straight in, even when you've got a booking. Allow an extra hour for your booking time for your nails.

The people were lovely and the service was good. BUT I showed the hair dresser a picture of what I have hoping to achieve - think summer beach vibes.

I ended up with Brown hair with a touch of blonde. While it looks fine and her work was great it certainly wasn't what I asked for or what we discussed.

I haven't had hair this dark for 10-15 years

I had a 9.30 appointment and the hairdresser didn't arrive to the salon until 10.

Now I need to pay someone else to fix it.

Stay in line for 2 hours to get my hair cut but barbers took people out of line. Not recommend

Get my nails and hair done here and I am always impressed, love the service and how friendly everyone is.

I am honestly not one to write a bad review but I was pretty upset with the outcome of my service.

I don’t usually get my nails done so I’m not really familiar with the whole process, etc. Anyways, I went in for a pedicure and manicure on Wednesday 21/12/2022 and the lady who did my nails was quite rough. She hurt both my toes and my fingers when she was doing them and when she cut my cuticles, my ring finger was bleeding and she did not really care, she just continued on. (I made the mistake of allowing her to continue without saying anything so I played a part in this too)

I now have redness and swelling on my ring finger and three of my toes. After looking it up, it turns out I have an infection so I am pretty upset. I would recommend that if you are going to get your nails done that you do inform them of anything and everything that may not sit well with you otherwise you’ll end up like me.

Had to get my nails done on Australia Day and my usual salon was closed. I'm so happy with the job the ladies did. Perfect shape and lovely staff. Thank you

Worst place waited for more than half n hour for my daughter’s hair cut. A guy came after me was taken in by the staff saying he got an appointment. Before they said they don’t take appointments for haircuts. Very bad service would never recommend at all.

Omg I don’t have words for them I don’t recommend anyone to go there west your time and money. And they are very rude in my life I never ever go there.

Great place, the workers are so kind and gun to be around. Definitely recommend and worth every dollar.

I asked how long the wait time was and was told "not long" I waited 50 minutes and there were still 2 people before me, wasted over an hour for nothing.
