Came into the store today. Had some exceptional service from Daniel. Was very attentive and knowledgeable with the products, took his time and went to the back office to find stock for me.

Store presentation was terrible. Ruined the image of the brand! $100-200 items but felt like a Sunday market.

I went to return a item and the young fella who served me was a absolute champion he done the return even though I accidentally took of the tags.

I braved the crazy Boxing Day sales and while there was the expected chaos, the team was efficient and professional. The queues moved quickly and staff were constantly reordering displays to improve the customer experience. Special shout out to Sam who was extra friendly and had a smile on his face the whole time.

Outlet store. Have good discounts for the shirts and sweatshirts. Some red sticker items looked pretty worn out.
Have visited during major shopping events and they had extremely good deals then. Otherwise you might be lucky to get one during normal days.

Received friendly and attentive customer service from the staff member named Conor. Although later the selected clothes which were left at the counter (while shopping for more stuff), were replaced from the counter. It's still appreciated that Conor offered to help us on such a busy day today on a public holiday. The staff attending fitting rooms was co-operative too.

Bought heaps of stuff. When I went home I checked everything and they all had the security tags on. Had to drive back to get everything removed.

I went in there for a simple purchase and I came out with one of the best experiences of my life. I went to purchase a suitcase and a friend and I were helped out by a worker named Sandy. Sandy was honestly such a big big help. I had so many specific requests and sandy was not only cooperative but also willing to listen to my customer needs. Sandy looked at different products, calculated prices and sales, and helped pick stuff out. She was able to have a laugh with us as well as providing excellent service. Thank you so much Sandy:)

This is the place that makes my trips to Dfo worthwhile. Always has a good range which they refresh each season. Their discounts are worthwhile and not just for show. It actually feels like that you've gone to a factory outlet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I've been here four times now and I've bought something or the other each time. Would definitely be a regular here to update my wardrobe every now and then.

The pro is this is a really good store with a good range of clothing and prices are not bad at all as they always have some sort of sale. Staff are helpful and provide good customer service. Only con is limited space to move around when it gets real busy but other than that, definitely we'll worth it shopping here.

Very helpful with my return, it was no problem at all. Plenty of stock and friendly staff to assist.

Something usual with this store is that they forget to remove the security tag when a customer purchases something and it’s so funny when you go back to the store to remove the tag, instead of hearing apologies from the staff they’ll be so rude and act like they caught you stealing.
It happened to me twice and I witnessed the same thing with other customers the day after when I went back to the store again get the security tag off my clothes.

I would like to make you aware of my concern regards to my experience in the Essendon clearance store today. I was in the store to buy a jacket. The item was wrongly priced, and the sale person pealed the wrongly price ticket off in front of me and said that wasn’t the price of the item. Then she went to the manager and accusing me of pealing the price of in front of the manager. Next she lied in front me and I didn’t like how they treated me in front of other shoppers.if staff wrongly price a item it doesn’t make the customer in the wrong and the staff in the right.
They could said that it was a mistake and move on.
I have been in this shop a lot of times, but the way I treated I will no longer shop their again

When went back to the store, the store manager interrogated me about how I told her I regular shop at your store with an attitude. Next she questioned my name, and said I only shopped at the store 5 times. And said 5 times wasn’t much at all.
Firstly it not her job to question me about my name or to look in my personal records and check my past purchase this is a full break of privacy of my personal details.
To hold a high level of management at the store she over stepped her down.
I didn’t feel welcome at the store at all, I guess her attitude in the store as has rubbed of to her all her staff at the Essendon.
Second time at the store the welcome was negative.
Just wanted say that I was ask to redraw the negative reviews from facebook I wrote a positive one by the store manager this should be reviewed by higher management of the company. To take complaints in and try to resolve them,
not make to make into a personal attack
