The service I received at Tommy Hilfiger Chadstone on Saturday (17/12/22) was possibly the best customer service I have ever received in any store, ever! I am a long-term customer of Tommy Hilfiger, but recently have only been shopping online. I decided to visit a real store. I was given a lot of help and attention by my sales assistant, during what was a very busy time. There were plenty of staff to help everyone, and there was a great promotion on. The sales assistant helped me to understand how I could save more by purchasing more items. He didn't leave my side until I was done. After I purchased my items he came back to ask me how the purchasing process had been. Wow. This was a VIP experience. The staff at the counter were also super friendly and helpful. Everyone was friendly! I will certainly be coming back and telling my friends and family to visit your store. You should all be very proud of what you are doing.

I spend a lot of money at the Tommy Hilfiger Chadstone store and the online store. I have spent more than $8000 since June 2022 until now but every single time I walk into the Chadstone store I receive such poor and shocking service from the staff. The male staff ️‍ are the worst. They love to always pass on snarky unnecessary and inappropriate comments. One time I was asking for the “Tommy” perfume and this guy told me “obviously all our perfumes are Tommy because you’re at Tommy Hilfiger”. All I have to tell that guy is “sweetheart just because you don’t know your products and you can’t do your job properly it’s not my fault because there’s a fragrance for men called TOMMY! ” Obviously, I know I’m at Tommy Hilfiger store I literally pay your wages and rent! You’re welcome!
Another day when I went to buy the same Tommy perfume a different guy tells me they have the Tommy perfume with the body wash in it as a gift pack. I told him I don’t and won’t use the body wash and it’ll be wasted if I get it. He instantly tells me in the most sarcastic and snarky manner and tone “it’s the same price. You can throw it away if you don’t want the body wash”. Obviously, I don’t care about the price. I just don’t want to be wasteful. All I have to tell that guy is that “you wear a company paid Tommy Hilfiger uniform and I wear bought Tommy Hilfiger clothes and shoes. Have some respect for your paying customers”.

Tommy Hilfiger management should seriously consider giving their employees proper customer service training. Highly disappointed and disgusted about the horrible service I always receive at this particular store!

This place deserves zero stars. 4 or 5 disinterested staff ignoring customers. Refusing to serve customers and bad mouthing their manger in front of customers. Have complained to Head Office.

My experience the other day was incredible. Impeccable customer service, particularly by Carla, which made my whole day better. I had a chat to I believe his name was Tom as well, who was also very nice. The store itself was clean and organised and easy to navigate. All the best to those two.

Specially thanks to Carla to fix a transaction issue happen in Tommy Emporium. She's friendly, patience and helpful. She's valuable to the company, keep up the good work.

I was in the Chadstone store using a shirt. I went to the counter where I was served by a staff named Carla who gave me nothing but the best customer service. She was very bubbly and is an asset to your company.

Went here today at 11.30am. All three staff had their heads down folding stock. Not even acknowledged or greeted. Left after a few minutes and went to the Polo Ralph Lauren store instead.

Was looking for a pair of shoes, had a very poor range. Was then served by an unenthusiastic attendant, who took over 20 mins to inform us that there were no pairs of shoes that I was interested in my size. If looking for Tommy shoes, would recommend going to Myer, they had a much larger range, and the attendants were much more approachable and helpful.

Incredibly poor customer service, this is my favourite store and I won’t be returning after the experience I had with the staff.

Although its a nice department store and the products are amazing they really need to work on their customer service skills!
