8I have been to this store a few times. I feel that staff are not happy to work at this store. A gentleman who served me was great. He was calm and tried his best to assist but the other staff (I believe they are his seniors) were not very friendly. They tried to help as well but their attitudes made me feel very uncomfortable and do not want to go back there anymore. I will go to Chadstone store from now. They are much friendlier and more professional regardless of how busy they are.
I got my secret santa gift here late last year, as my KK loves her Tommy. It was a perfect gift for her. However, they forgot to take the security tag off the item so I had to go back to the store and have it removed with their special tool. Love the quality of their products and they are within an affordable range.
Worst customer experience, stood in the store for 10minutes and every customer got served except us.customers waiting against the counter and served no problem. We took a step forward whilst getting served and told to take a step back. These guys really pick and choose customers to dictate towards.
We are a couple blinged up in designer prada and gucci but must have been too young for them to care.
But you still spend over $200 on an item even with shoddy service wont be coming back
Always have a great experience here. Staff are lovely and happy to help when not too busy. Last visit the store was quite empty due to COVID and I was given the royal treatment with style tips, heaps of options, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will shop here for clothes purely on customer experience.
Very sullen staff working there today - everything was just too much trouble for them to assist customers
Awful. Wouldn’t even let my son try on a top he was interested in. Clearly (incorrectly) assumed he didn’t have the $ to pay for it. Disgusted.
Hopeless service. I had to work hard to get any assistance and when I did all the person did was point to a shelf. Looked disinterested in me trying to buy anything and very rude. I felt very uncomfortable asking questions. Terrible!
