61Wanted to know if they had an item in stock as I looked around the store and couldn't see it myself. Asked the girl at the counter and without even attempting to help she looked uninterested and told me no.
We was on Sunday there the manager she was so rude and not respectful for any customer she did fight with us and another customer because she want to close store 10 to 6pm and still has 10 min when shopping center said 9 to 6 pm mean you have to open until 6 than pack up after 6 but she make hard and didn't let customer behind me in line to purchase her items and said to us go out when I said why you make hard for everyone and than I got upset too sham on you bad very bad customers services I have 2 weeks before same but just why she is lazy that's all I did complain and I'm waiting for they reply back too us
I got a very unpleasant and dissapointing experience when canme here on 4th july
I picked up a winter jacket (size M) for my wife to the cashier and asked her (let's say her name is A) if she can keep it since i need to go toilet, she answered yes she can keep it but just until the end of the day. I went to toilet and also looking for my wife to do the fitting out.
When i came back, i went to cashier and met other person (B), and i look the jacket is still in the cashier rack and ask her to give it to me. My wife did the fitting out and she told that it feels too big, and when i checked the size tag, it was not M but L.
I went back to the cashier and met B and asked her how could this happened? Someone has changed the stuff for sure and then she told me to wait and headed to her back office.
After that, came 2 persons (C and D) and explained to me that the M size was sold already to other customer, the C lady told me that she was the one who sold it and apologize that it was her mistakes. I was quiet angry and very dissapointed at that time, i am a tourist and i don't have time to wait for the other day since i have to go to other places, and unfortunately, it was the only size M left there.
I am about to ended the debate when the D lady tried to gave me other options, like showing other nearby TH outlet that may sell the same items, but the C lady triggered me to further debate when she was telling me why she sold the items (for me it looks like finding excuses for the mistakes that she has been done).
She told me the reason she sold it because i went too long (more than an hour), and they are doing business, so they have to sold items if other customer requested for it. After hearing that, it really made me upset and dissapointed. I challenged her to open the cashier cctv to see how long i leave the store to see the proof, so no more further debate about how long i leave the store, but she said that she doesn't have the authority to do so, i am sure that i leave it not more than an hour, maybe just about 30 to 45 minutes, but anyway who cares about it? The A lady said she will keep it for me until the end of the day, if she told me that she just can keep it for certain of times like 15 or 30 minutes, it might be a different stories.
Secondly, talking about business, please keep in mind that keeping a promise to your customer is one of business attitude.
At last, the D lady told me that they might have stock in the warehouse but it may take times to send it to the store. I left my sister phone number (i dont have australian number) for further contact in case of it is available.
Until this review made (9th july in the morning), no contact from the store and i assumed that the item may running out of stock already.
I came with my child last Friday, very happy to be helped by one of the staff who turned out to be from Indonesia and also Levina. He was very patient and helped me find the clothes I wanted, he also helped my child who was looking for clothes. The clothes in this shop are relatively cheap and good. It is recommended for those who want to buy cheap branded clothes with good service.
I asked her about the color of the item. She didn't smile and she said she didn't understand my English. I'm Asian and I'm studying English. I have lived here for a year and a half and have never had such bad service. I like Tommy's items so I was shocked and sad. The staff should treat every customer with kindness. I think she should get a customer service education. It's a shame that the ratings are down because of her, as the other staff members are also very nice.
Ridiculous how they do not let entrance because my drink was in a cup holder on my pram. Who are the workers to deny entry to someone where there’s no proper policy in place that you can not have a drink to enter. I asked where the policy was she couldn’t even show me so clearly it’s pick and choose who can enter the store!
Your store is right outside food shops yet we weren’t allowed in with our newly purchased cup of coffee. What type of store doesn’t allow adults to shop with their coffee? Your staff are incredibly rude. I’m from interstate and hands down, rudest TH store I’ve been in.
Overpriced for what you are getting. Some good discounts, but not what I would call good value.
Team member in charge of running the day is absolutely useless. Can’t be bothered to even move from the counter to help customers.
Was stopped by the staff at the entrance that we were not allowed to enter the store because of our pram/stroller. Our stroller was a travel stroller that didn’t take much room. We also didn’t have food or drinks. I gazed in and saw that there were other families who had strollers in the store. Not long after, I saw a family walk out with a large pram. Very inconsistent and frankly discriminatory. I asked another staff in the store if it was a policy in their store not to allow prams and she responded that it was not the case. She passed my concern to another staff who ended up speaking to that staff member. I hope that staff named Donghao realises that he blatantly lied.
The service is bad at this outlet. The price on the tag is not in line with that of the payout counter. They did not honor the price on the tag and shown hostile attitude.
Very rude staff at this store, at entrance even security staff girl is very rude.
Big brand should teach customers services to their staff.
And i went there with my kid from way far and disappointed with their behaviour.
Seriously zero star if possible.
Extremely rude staff. I don’t understand what the problem is allowing an adult to bring a coffee into the store and not to mention being rude about it. Get a grip and remember you are all working in customer service. Go a couple of shops down to Ralph Lauren when you can shop without skulling your coffee and the staff actually acknowledge your existence.
The amount of people who don't know what personal space means in this shop is astonishing.

Last Friday night on the counter lady had very bad behaviour. I came for pay and she just ignor and gone. At least give some respect to costumer the lady was short I don’t wanna mention her name bcz her job I respect for job but she should change her attitude she was not actress
Martha the store manager is Rude Rude Rude and needs better training when dealing with customer complaints. She could have helped me to resolve my problem but chose to do nothing about it and just told me to go elsewhere. 0/10
Poor management - Saw a blonde sales consultant speaking terribly to the girl on the door today in front of everyone.not very nice to witness as a customer.
Customer service needs improvement. It's 2022 already and yet companions are not allowed in the fitting room?
Please put a big sign outside of the fitting room to inform customers that only one person is allowed. Such a let down to be told off to not go inside the fitting room.
