All the staff here are super kind and amazing! They were very accommodating to me and, even though I was wearing sweat pants and a sweatshirt, they still treated me with so much kindness and greeted me when I entered the store (unlike some other high end stores at Emporium). When I was looking through the racks, for different sizes, several staff members came to ask me numerous times whether I needed help with sizing or anything else. Additionally, when I was staring at the mannequin just sort of thinking about outfits etc, one of the staff members came to me and asked if I wanted to try on the outfit the mannequin was wearing which was just super nice. Honestly, all the members of staff here are amazing but special shout-out to Kimnova for helping me decide which item to purchase and for also just conversing with me about sales, etc. Will definitely be coming here again for more products!

Today I visited this store, one lovely nice girl named Victoria was very kind and she helped me find a size I wanted in a certain blazer, she was very kind, and helped me a lot today! 16th Oct:
bought a new Hilfiger jacket online. It was a little too big on me.
4th Nov:
Popped into this store to check sizing. Found the right size. Asked the staff member at the door how I can exchange my jacket for the smaller size in store. He says as long as tags are attached, and within 30 days of purchase, it should be fine.
5th Nov:
I bring my jacket in with tags and receipt. Chloe asks me to come back in an hour because nobody knows how to do what needs to be done on the system.
1 hour later:
I return to the store. Chloe now tells me that they can't exchange items bought online (as does Maddy.). And that nobody in staff would have told me to bring it in yesterday (in other words, I'm lying according to them). No apologies, nothing. I'm pointed to some fine print on a form that I'm apparently meant to be aware of (would have been great if someone pointed this out before I made the trip here!).
Pretty baffled. Difficult to argue with that kind of intelligence/helpfulness. How come this much incompetence needs to be navigated when it's a simple size change? Do they really need to make something so simple, this difficult and accuse the customer of being a liar in the process? Geez.never again.
One male staff (Can't remember his name but here's description: asian, tall, wearing black glasses, moussed hair, Malaysian/Singaporean accent) was overly well mannered and friendly one day I 'shopped' here, and had provided absolutely no customer service at all when I went in for a refund the other day. He had put on this solid poker face during the whole refund process. It clearly states that refund is rightful as long as within given period, and as long as proof of purchase is provided. Which I met the terms to both.
I don't understand what makes merely an employee be so offended to process a refund, like, are you commissioned for every sales you make?
