Good price and staff friendly. Was very frustrating that keep telling me next week every time I rang them. Finally the job was done after two months.

We recently had kitchen and laundry splash backs supplied and installed by James and team. We are so happy with the end result. Their pricing was very reasonable and the service was great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really great service! Called a few local glass companies for quotes yesterday. All gave quotes over the phone. These guys were the cheapest (not by a lot but still - when you have a large pane of glass!). Called this morning to confirm with them the quote and asked when they would be available. They were available within 5 hours. Two lovely guys came - they replaced the glass, and were accommodating of a 2 year old running around! (Kudos to them!) Ended up being a little bit harder than expected to put the frame back up around the glass, but they did it super quickly and I am very pleased! Great service, great value! Totally worth it! We used Tomlinson Glass for 2 custom shaped frameless glass shower panels. The price was the most competitive of the 3 quotes I received and the installation was very good quality and completed by professional and polite guys. Happy to recommend this business.

Do not do business with this company. Very shady and requested use to do work for them. Just refused to pay a bill for services provided and never paid the bill will no real reason. Just made up an excuses to not pay us.

Shocking customer service! I arranged for someone to come after 1pm on Wednesday to repair 1 pane of glass. At 4: 30pm I called to chase up as no-one had showed and they said that they had been held up at a previous job. Fair enough but a phone call would have been nice. Rescheduled for the following morning at 8: 30am with the understanding that I had to leave by 9: 30. At 9: 10 I called again and they said they were doing another job and the guy would be on his way. I decided to cancel the job as I had to leave and the guy didn't seem to care that he'd lost a customer. Was pretty rude and didn't apologise. Poor communication and don't appear to be at all reliable.

Great service! Ian came down and met us at the factory on a Sunday afternoon when most other places are closed. He cut me and my mum some glass for our window and was very helpful. He was happy to take the time to explain things to us. Would 100% recommend!

I broke a window while mowing the lawn. I dropped in with the measurements and 15 minutes later I have the glass cut to size so I could install. Very easy and at a reasonable price.

Sometimes 5 stars isn't enough.
I asked for a piece of glass and was quoted a very reasonable price. Having no clue as to what I was doing, I asked for solme advice around fitting on the frame I had to work with. He gave me sound advice in telling me I'd need to silicone the frame behind the glass. When I told him I'd be back as I'd be doing a quick run to Bunnings while he cut the glass, he instead insisted I take on of his half used silicone tubes and even leant me a silicone gun to use!

Really underwhelming service.
Difficult to get a quote. Difficult to get a call back. I'd never bother again.
We ended up saving $1200 with a rival - who get their glass from the same supplier.

Thank you for wasting my Saturday. I booked in for a quotation and nobody turned up and no phone call advising they couldn't make it.

No hello he knew what i needed just by what i was holding, told me how long & the price. Wanted double the price I've ever paid at abba glass several times before. So i said no thats to much i can get it cheaper elsewhere, then he laughes & says yeah right good luck looks at his colleague and laughs again.
