Nice little cafe/restaurant with chill vibes and friendly staff. Their meals are great for sharing (small portions, but good to share between multiple people for some variety), and are delicious!

A serendipitous find after wandering the Glow Festival nearby. This little gem has something for pretty much everyone. Thoughtful plates of small food, excellent boutique selection of small batch wines. And a champagne that might just be the best I can remember having, ever. (Do take that as a challenge Melbourne, I love a good sparkling, prosecco or champagne!) Friendly and attentive service, I'm looking forward to going back!

I do consider this place my local until my two year old came along on this most recent occasion. We were in and out before 6pm. The owner made to clear through his body language and communications that kids were not welcome. I understand it's a bar but it's was empty at this time and he was not disturbing anyone. It's a shame because I like this place!

Tom Pockett is the heart and soul of Glen Iris processing the community throughout the day for everything from morning espressos to lunching school Mums. But at its core, Tom Pockett is a wine bar. In fact, it’s held its liquor license for more than 30 years morphing from licensed grocer to bottle shop and now to a modern bar with a full kitchen and live music Friday nights and Sunday afternoons. Self-sourcing is the key to their unique range achieved by hunting down bottles by obscure, family-run wineries. The owners take frequent tasting trips to find wines typically without distribution and unavailable beyond the cellar door.

A lovely spot for dinner. The menu is simple but the food is excellent. Staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. There is a generally pleasant atmosphere. All in all, a great spot for dinner.

Meat and cheese platter perfect with glass of wine. And the homemade spiced nuts an extra bonus.

My partner and I came to Tom Pockett Cellars for an anniversary with a voucher. The staff were fantastic and friendly, the wine was delicious and the cheese platter.off the charts. We will be back again and again.

Service:
Perfect service. Friendly welcoming staff who take the initiative to make sure you are having the best experience. Very attentive.

Atmosphere:
Calm and spacious settings. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Tables can be arranged for larger groups. The live music added a chief vibe. Loved it!

Food & drinks:
We had the charcuterie board and dips (pictured). It was lovely. Especially the capsicum dip! My friend had an espresso Martini and she verbally commented every time she took a sip. One particular quote was, "best espresso Martini I've ever had! ". And she's had a few!
