Ever since I moved here 3 years ago, it's been such a pleasure coming to Tom Lane at the Pines. George - the owner - is thoroughly embedded in the community and provides that old school advice that gives anyone peace of mind for their health concerns. He's also up for a chat (as busy as he is) and genuinely cares for his patients.

They've recently upgraded their store to triple the size and it's no surprise why. They provide great, personalised service and make you feel like a human, not a number.

Very convenient location but I don't like using this pharmacy because of how weird and on top of you the staff are. The moment I walk in, someone will immediately drop whatever they were doing, dart over to follow me around and then loudly ask me what I'm looking for so they can grab it and directly lead me to the counter with it. I think maybe they're hyper-fixated on shoplifting or something, but idk how many more time I need to come in and buy the same things before they leave me alone to do my shopping and not force me to loudly discuss my medical purchases in public. Extremely annoying and off-putting.

Wow, outstanding low customer service. Nobody including 2 staff members and the pharmacist had any idea regarding government medical recommendations for my prescription as the owner hadn't told them. Funny how every other pharmacy knew and even others in the Tom Lane Group did. Do yourself a favour and avoid this lot

Staff very friendly! Pharmacist is so caring and knowledgeable. Happy to answer my questions and give me advice regarding concerns I had about prescription medication. The store has a big variety of products constantly stocked. They also have beautiful candles and handbags that i have also purchased. I will continue recommending this place to my family and friends

Very friendly staff and the pharmacist is helpful and knowledgeable. Good range of stock too. Would be nicer if they were open later but other pharmacies cater for that when required late at night.

Such a wonderful pharmacy! Customer service is always top notch and the lovely team don’t go unnoticed. They also have beautiful gifts available such as candles and soaps.

Pharmacists have been very good. Some of the general assistants haven’t always gotten messages correct. I wish they didn’t have all the fragranced products at the entrance as I’m highly allergic to fragrances. They are helpful with delivering prescriptions tho.
