Tom Lane Pharmacy Greensborough reviews
6I've been going to this pharmacy on a regular basis for over a year and have to say that the staff (especially Anh and Melinda) have been nothing but kind, patient and incredibly helpful ️.
The staff are great here. Pharmacists and the whole team are really lovely and have the best customer service skills. Special mention to Sue (I think) who is super helpful. See you next time!
I have been coming here for a very long time. The staff are great very understanding and always there to help.
Always helpful and friendly and unlike some discount chemists wont give you the wrong medication or even worse somebody else's medication. If you buy medication from a discount chain then you get discount service. These guys know what they are doing.
These guys are absolutely wonderful in so far as to greet you with open arms; they listen to your questions and then act on them.
If you are unsure of what medicine they will ask the relevant questions and therefore solve your problem.
I cannot praise these guys enough, if you are looking for a Chemise that will help you out, they won’t automatically go for the most expensive brand but they will tell you of a lower brand that does the same thing. Well done, guys I for one will be having all my scripts and other things with you all the time.
The pharmacists and the customer service staff are wonderful. I juggle fill time work as an academic and privide primary care for my parents - without their support, advice and the human touch they provide I would struggle to maintain the quality of care that I can provide for my parents in their home. With immense gratitude, Brenda.
