75Worst delivery experience. Terrible communication. Wrong instructions. Didn’t ring my apartment or contact my building manager to take delivery on my behalf as per the delivery instructions. Then on second attempt failed to do all of the above again and instead took it to a storage facility half an hour from where I live for me to pick up.
The delivery driver waited for less than a minute after knocking the door and left with the package before I could get to the door from the top floor room and didn't bother to leave a card with any detail that I could use to get the package from Toll. I had to contact Toll customer service to figure out that the package was left in a collection centre near my house and I had to go there to get it. I have not seen such unprofessionalism from any delivery service like Toll thus far.
Same problem with other people, I’ve been staying home all day to receive my parcel and ended up receiving a “we missed you “ card. No call, sms, or email. Wasted my time: (
Didn't even bother to ring the bell and just left a 2k iPad outside. Tracking STILL doesn't say it's out for delivery. Toll you should rebrand to Troll
Multiple deliveries lost in transit, can never get hold of our account manager. Our small business has lost THOUSANDS using Toll
My order was never delivered, the delivery person never knocked on my door, I did not receive a call to let me know that they were going to leave the order outside my house although they never left it, I contacted their company and they sent me a photo of blurred evidence, in This photo does not show the package well, they did not give me any kind of solution and they closed my case, very bad service, this has not happened to me with other shipping companies.
Ordered a package from hoppers crossing to St Kilda, has taken 3 and a half weeks and I am still waiting on the second half of the order. I have called twice and been told twice that they will put it under investigation. Avoid at all costs
Waited at home for item to be delivered. Discovered that the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to walk to the front door and instead left a " Sorry we missed you" card stuck to our gate. Completely useless!
Worst delivery service. Delivery guy delivered my parcel to a pick up shop and for some reason took it back to depo same day.now its been 2 weeks since then and they still contacting to depo and investigating.very very annoying and wasting of my time.and that's how the pick up shop Fitzroy Authorised Newsagency

Delivered to a completely different street name around the corner from target destination. If a courier service cannot even get the street name correct, what are they for? I might as well throw the parcel into the ocean and hope it lands up where I want it to. Made a complaint in their feedback, and receive a canned response.

Very poor delivery time frame. They left delivery In front of door and send photos, that can’t assure the confirmation of delivery. It shows careless of delivery item. Most of the time that delivered item can be missing.
Never dealing with toll, lost my package, delivered to my place when i specifically asked not to, won't send sms messages to correct email or number. -10/10 never recommend
Minus 100 Rating Stars actually. My was Item on board for delivery Monday, they ran out of time (obviously only work 9-5), took it back to the depot, now who knows when it will arrive? Add to that I will be moving soon & the warranty will probably run out on my item before I get delivery looking at the reviews. Customer service a joke, lots of promises someone will get back to you instead, you just get a generic email saying it's with investigations & they will give you an update once they have info from the depot. I have made a conscious decision when purchasing online to always ask which freight company they use, if it's Toll I will purchase elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have even experienced. No one ever gets back to you. Christmas ruined by Toll. Xmas gift still sitting in Melbourne warehouse since late November, Still no moment on my item. It’s now New Year’s Eve, Been on hold of over an hour, hung up on twice by tolls so call customer service agents, Supervisor refusing to answer calls. Promised countless call backs but nothings.
BUT AT LEAST TOLL RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR FOR THIS ITEM. SCREW YOU TOLL
The worst freight company! I would give it zero stars if I could. Have been trying to get information on the parcel sent from Sydney to Melbourne 12 days ago but their cost centre in Philippines could not provide any information. The role of that overseas based call centre is unclear as all they can do is apologise for not been able to assist. Apparently their requests for information are being ignored by the Australian based divisions.
Over 16 days for a parcel to travel from Sydney to Melbourne. Total lack of communication from Toll. Tracking site only listed date last scan in Sydney until after it was delivered. Customer support on phone were useless.
I acknowledge covid has caused delays but 16 days seems excessive. Should not a logistics company have better processes in place for such event especially after having dealt with covid for over 2 years.
Not a fan of Aust Post but with a higher delivery load they seem to do better than Toll.
The worst experience i have ever had they are unprofessional team who doesn’t care about their customers, they keep saying the investigator will call you back to update you, but thats never happened,

How thay think it's ok to deliver and then try and pass the blame the contents of what was ordered was smashed and the mouth on the delivery driver when asked what happened needs to be checked
The most incompetent and laziest courier company that has ever existed. They don't even attempt to deliver to residential buildings and openly lie about it. I've had the same problem with them on multiple occasions. There's a significant issue with their information systems that they haven't bothered to address and probably never will.
