Tokyo Sushi Kitchen

Ordered traditional pork ramen. Took 40mins, and its not even hot. Soup is lukewarm, noodles are not cooked. Terrible experience. Worst ramen ever

Will never ever return to this shop, a young male worker was extremely and unneccesarily rude to my elderly mother and myself while trying to purchase Sushi for lunch. Told him to keep our order and walked away. Terrible customer service.

It's a nice looking restaurant with really lovely staff, the only issue is the food.the katsu chicken don took 10+ minutes and was pretty obviously microwaved.the taste was borderline ok.if you only go there for the sushi it's pretty good ngl.

Decided to dine here since their reopening. Had the Teriyaki Beef Ramen - was a bit of a wait but definitely worth it!

The teriyaki beef was so soft and tender
Soup was a bit salty but flavoursome.

Only sushi I’ll eat. Always fresh. Easy to eat. If they don’t have what you want they will make it on the spot. Kids love the main man that works here.

Me and my friends came her for some sushi and were greeted by rude and unprofessional staff. We got uncooked food and we were left feeling ill because of the uncooked food. And the staff would not help us and only gave us $3 when we spent $10. This is place is EXTREMELY bad. This is preposterous

Had a lovely lunch here. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Udon and it was nice. I really liked the breaded coat on the chicken. It's not exactly authentic Japanese food, but tasty nonetheless. Their sushis are good and cheaper than their neighbouring sushi shop competitors. The staff are friendly and polite.

Best sushi ever, no questions. Spicy prawn is the best, but every type is made with love and expertise. I’m mad in love with this place and the owners

Terrible place to eat at, I ordered the crispy chicken and instantly felt sick, My mum also ordered from this restaurant and got sick, I don't recommend coming to this place.

I ordered honey chicken and sushi. The sushi was good but the honey chicken was barely warm, i thought it would be Ok to eat so i ate it and the next day i was throwing up.i then emailed them and got no email back.hopefully no one else got the same batch.

Wondering if the staff there has been trained. Had to repeat 4 times to confirm the order.well trained

Everytime I've gotten sushi from here, no problems. Better than the sushi hub in the same shopping centre that has flies in their fridges. The bloke always smiles and has small talk, the women aren't to his level but the sushi is fine and seems to always be freshfresh

Seems like there has been a change in the kitchen lately. Normally perfection every time, but today was a miss. Food dry and flavour full of salt. Even packaging was different. Hope this isn’t a permanent change.

Staff are rude got a large plate says rice and 3 sided staff wouldn't give me 3 sided even tho it's written in plain sight then got the foot it was terrible stay away

I came here to get some tuna and cucumber sushi rolls, they ran out of tuna and cucumber so they gave me one "tuna" sushi roll. I asked her if it was just tuna and she said it was just plain tuna. I took a bite out of it to find out there was avocado in it. I'm slightly allergic to avocado so I went up to inform them and asked for them to refund me as I can't eat avocado.and all she said was 'I don't know", they were quite rude about the situation. People that work here should be more experienced so they don't make mistakes like this in the future, especially when people have allergies.

I was given the wrong sushi rolls after i had ordered and clearly said "california roll" and i was given "crispy chicken" and after i went back to exchange them for the ones i really ordered i was met with nothing but filthy looks and no applogy, the staff were rude and what looks to be the owner greased me off the whole time this ordeal took place, I urge anynody who comes into the Lilydale Marketplace to stay away from this establishment as they do not deserve any of your hard earned cash for the horrible service that they give you.:)

Ordered on menu log, the driver arrived and said they didn't give him my order and left, i still 2 hours later don't know what happened to my food but the stores contact number was disconnected and menulog couldn't contact them either. DO NOT order from this place via menu log. Disgusting way to run a business
