23Their is a saying in hospitality that Their is a hidden thing on Customer’s shoulder ‘MAKE THEM FEEL IMPORTANT’ I think this restaurant took this saying otherwise ‘MAKE THEM FEEL WORST’! One of the worst experience ever had, staff was still fine and had a courtesy to acknowledge and apologise however manager was just looking for ways to get into verbal altercations and started using cuss words and racial proliferation was up his sleeves!
Awesome place, loved the shisha, mad vibe Staff is an absolute legend and made our experience next level
Had a fantastic experience tonight! Great entertainment! Had the best customer service I've seen, give him a pay rise.

Edit: You can read the owner's response below and draw your own conclusions about how well they react to honest feedback. I have no reason not to be honest - and while others may have a different opinion, in the past month I've had shisha in six different cities and this was the worst of them.
Visited last night and was amazed by their Shisha. A great pull and a very good experience with the staff.

Hookah was great but they seem to not be organised enough. Part of what was ordered was simply forgotten and was not even offered to not pay for what they missed even as a polite gesture and simply moved on.and it s not cheap for shisha. I was told we see you next time but if i haven't been satisfied why would i return?
One of best places for Shisha in Richmond. Have tried Mint, Paan Rass and Double Apple till now, great experience.
I went there with few friends, and the place is good. The seating were nice and the place is clean. They serve good selection of hookah and beers.the people working there are nice too.
Best place to Hang out with Friends. The food is excellent and I also got Free Drink. They run many offers and i was lucky to get one.

Ambience here is very soothing and eye-catching. Here they serve fresh, refreshing Mocktails, drinks. Sitting arrangements are also well arranged. Staffs are really good, humble and nice to talk.

They have shifted to next door to a very beautiful rooftop. The best Shisha we have had post Pandemic as most other places are just ripping people off with herbal mix. Strongly recommend.
This place is seriously amazing. The rooftop an open air and you smoke original tasty Alfakher Shisha. I was sipping on my black tea where my hubby enjoyed his Two Sun Beer for $6 a PINT only. Thanks for the Thai girl who was very patient with us and letting us choose the best flavour ever. Sorry, I forgot what it is called but it was four flavours of Peach, Grape, Mint and Apple. Truly delicious and we will be back this SAT.xoxo

Lovely food, amazing venue! Service was spot on. It was an absolute delight to dine there. Thanks to all the staff for their care and attention. And the chefs too! Decor is classy n cheering Will be back.
Shesha is good quality although they need to follow up with the charcol changing. Food is good and plates are big enough for two.
They have opened a new place near Tokyo Hookah. Shisha was $35 but we Downloaded their app "Two Hands Bar", we got it for $25. The host was such lovely Asian girl who knew what she was offering us. Apple Kiwi & Mint with Apple fresh head and very stylish coloured base (iced with crushed herb maybe) altogether for $30.then we were directed to a gorgeous ROOFTOP area on the 1st floor. "JUST GO UP, nowhere else" we were told. Loved the experience. Will be back with more friends for sure. From Adam with billions of xoxoxo
