Togah Boutique

Went to store today to use a gift voucher and staff would not honour it. Girl was lovely and she handled it well but after two calls to management they said they would ring me back next week. Explained I live in Frankston and have come in only to get a present for someone and have no need to get the item after today. Before trying to process sale the sales assistant said they had a new system. I can only presume someone at Christmas time did not know how to use the new system and processed incorrectly. I have worked with customers all my life and if a voucher was presented that is clearly new with a qr code as a receipt it would be honoured and the mistake could be sorted out later, rather then inconvenience the customer further. Especially if you know your system is new. The reason I have to buy a present for someone else is that I am a size 12 and there was nothing in the store that would have fit me. So I wouldn’t recommend range either for mature/normal size women
2/2/24 Follow up - and one week later the store has still not contacted me as they said they would to tell me what’s happening with voucher. Just ignoring issue

It’s very hard to find anything in store unless you go online. Found 2 dresses today that suited my body type and the girls even helped me with the styling side of it. Will definitely be back!

The staff are incredible. Unable to try something on being based in QLD, the staff went above and beyond to go in store and talk me though my purchases. My order was posted priority to make my event and everything was perfect. So grateful for customer service like this - it made my day! A big thank you to the girls who helped me - i'll continue to shop here and support small businesses that go out of their way in challenging times.

Very unhappy with the service I received. After changing my mind about an order I placed online, I requested a refund. The item had not yet been posted to me and they still refused to cancel my order and refund my payment. Definitely would not recommend shopping with them online.

I bought a dress from Togah online in a Medium size and when it arrived it unfortunately didn't fit - I was so sad! The size up on the website was out of stock so I reached out via email to organise a Credit Note and the Togah team went over and above to help me. They managed to track down a larger size and not only that but they met me in person to do a size exchange. I really appreciate all of the help they offered. I would shop here again and recommend the experience to others. Very trustworthy brand and team.

Took the ultimate risk and went in to buy my wife a dress for her birthday. The service was exceptional and the entire experience so warm and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to all men whom are seeking a gift for their female partner. Thank you once again, the dress was an absolute hit and she loved it.

I placed an order on a Sunday and i was notified an hour later that the item is booked for pick up that morning using Sendle.
Sendle is so quick even with the covid delays so happy with the service plus the courier choice.
