Great swim school. Amazing teachers and friendly staff.
I do wonder why they don’t open early 6-9am for example, and allow public access for lap swimmers…seems like a wasted opportunity. I live near Chelsea one and I’d love to pay to use it for morning laps.
As always, the trainers at THSC were fantastic, the holiday program was extremely beneficial to our two kids who both showed improvement after the 4 days. Special mention to the trainers in lane one juggling increasingly excited 4 year olds. And to my son’s favourite, Hannah, who went out of her way to make him feel confident, though I’m pretty sure he just enjoys the attention
Terrible customer service. Wish I had read Facebook reviews before booking holiday program. Also not happy with the moody teenagers "teaching" the kids - much prefer the more experienced teachers but unfortunately they weren't teaching in our time slot.
Excellent standard of swimming teachers and coaches across the board at THSC. Having swum all of my life and taught and coached, I've been very impressed after a full term with my daughter at THSC. My second daughter starts next week!
Picked up my nephew and saw how helpful the instructors were. I can see them putting alot of time and effort with the kids and their work should be well commended.
