Excellent service by Taylor at Office National putting together the photo presentation for Dorothy's memorial service. She also did a stellar job with the photo booklet.

Amazing service - you won’t get looked after like this anywhere else!
I won’t shop anywhere else for my business or personal office needs

Great shop for your office supply needs. Been here a handful of times and the service hasn't been as prompt as it could be.

We just opened a new office in Warrnambool and needed a complete fit out. Jack was awesome, had the quotes to me that day, delivered the majority of my order the day I accepted the quote, and also delivered and installed my desks when they arrived.
Friendly crew & great service.

We are so grateful for the consideration and professionalism from the staff. We had a last minute request for a funeral. The speed and quality of their work is exceptional.

Limited stock compared to an Officeworks. Probably a lil more expensive too. However in Warrnambool you don't have many choices available ti you! Friendly service

Incredibly RUDE staff!
Twice in two weeks I have been in this store and the staff have been rude and disinterested.
On the first occasion, I was looking for a number of specific items. No one had the basic courtesy to say hello when I entered the store and we were wandering round for quite some time before anyone bothered to speak to us and ask if we needed help.
On the second visit, I went in with a specific copying requirement. Before even being able to explain what I wanted ‘Lauren’ said ‘do you want to just email it to me’? She then proceeded to pull faces and make me feel like I was an inconvenience when trying to explain what I wanted copied and hole punched.in a stationery store.
After telling me they didn’t have a machine that could hole punch in the format I needed, an older man (whom I assume had some position of seniority) tried to sell me some generic lined paper as it was hole punched as I needed but otherwise did not fit the purpose for which I wanted to use it for.
He criticised the hard copy I had taken in and said ‘well this doesn’t fit anyway’ - funny that - perhaps that’s why I needed the page copied THEN HOLE PUNCHED in a format that would fit the binder.
When I said I would pop a post on Warrnambool’s local Facebook page to see if I could find someone to facilitate my request, he very rudely said ‘well good luck with that’.
I’m not sure if he thought it was acceptable to speak to me like this because I’m a woman under 35 or he treats all customers that walk in wanting to spend money like this?
When local people go into local stores to spend their money and get treated in such an appalling manner, it’s no wonder they shop online.
Do yourself a favour and go to Darrian’s in Fairy Street - they were able to do exactly what I wanted within a business day. Oh and they were polite and friendly.

It's a large premises. Wheelchair accessible, a good selection of stationery items, furniture and uniforms. I find the staff to be quite friendly and will help take items to your car if needed

Prompt and friendly service, very competitive prices and very supportive of the local community - especially our school. When you buy local you: create jobs, work experience opportunities, support for community groups and you help to keep our local economy healthy.

Fantastic assistance every time. Great range of products and if it's not there they'll get it for you. Super savings on kids 'back to school' needs too.
