Kate, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. So pleased I went to store for assistance outstanding

I was interested in their 5 shirts for $150 deal but customer service was so bad that I walked out. I needed to get measured up so I was told to try on 3 different shirts for sizes but then nobody came back to assist me. I had to keep asking for help whilst staff stood around chatting outside. Not good enough!

Continue to vist the store in Chadstone above all others due to the quality of the suits and customer service. They have deals consistently in store and offer a wide range of items available to all. Service is always helpful and have found stuff I like frequently. The manager Kate is always friendly and helpful.

Finally a place that sells the perfect fit shirt - ideal around the neck, waist and perfect length on the sleeves and into the trousers. Non-iron shirts that live up to their name. Quality stitch. My search for great shirts has finally come to end. THANKS T. M. Lewin

Terrible customer service. I went there with my husband today, no one bothered greeting not helping us with the sizes not even asking what we need! Absolutely nothing, the young lady there was so busy with chatting with just one customer and completely ignored others! Its better to ask someone helpful with manner to present your business rather than an ignorant with unprofessional manner

I love the suits and casual wear from T. M. Lewin. The customer service is great and you will enjoy the shopping time. (*conditions apply) ). The shirts are recommend for a Body with mass. If you are slim, then the shirts might feel bit out of fit. The shirt sleeves are always designed for bulky hand. I m using these shirts for many years now and quality of the clothing is great.

I've been wearing TM shirts for years as i like the fit. This visit they had only one sales person on on a Sunday morning and there were people waiting to be served. They regularly have sales with heavy discounts but when you arrive and look at your size there are very few different colours to choose from. Far better off buying online if you know your size.

Excellent, friendly and professional assistance was shown to me by Ann as she helped find a shirt that I was truly happy with. Highly recommended, thanks again!

Maybe you guys should consider changing your business model from clothing to something else. I was told its "company's policy" that customers cannot try a shirt on. It is a joke?

Highly unprofessional, poor judgement to know the buyers. Waited too long to pay at the counter attitude was shown by Mr Jamie.

Exceptionally poor customer service. No greeting, no assistance. We had to find and fit the suit and shirts ourselves and in the 20 minutes we were there, not one person came up to offer any help.

Was actually turned away from choosing a shirt for my wedding as it was all too hard to get sizes for a shirt I hadn’t even chosen. Go to Myer, same shirts better service

Get the non-iron shirts here and you will never look back. TRUST me. Easy iron though you can get away with wearing a blazer over a completely un-ironed shirt. Your body heat will take care of any wrinkles.

Lovely store with equally good staff members to guide you in your selection of suits, shirts and all that goes with exceptional taste in dressing. Bespoke suits, and shirts to pick and choose from.

Hopeless customer service. Staff are there to be suited up from head to toe for show? No greeting of customers or offering to help at all when stepping in store. I'd love a plum job at TM Lewin too looking fabulous and chatting with your fellow colleague and not bothering about customers at all.close down already guys

My fiancé and I were suit shopping this morning in Chadstone and we were extremely pleased with the level of service offered at your store! The young salesman named Joshiah was extremely helpful in fitting Andrew and his three groomsmen in a range of navy suits for our wedding next month

Went in to exchange some shirts i ordered online in the wrone fit. Will McAlpine was excellent with his approach. Measured me up and organised for an exchange.
