ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Found out the next day i could have saved hundreds of dollars from another shop up the road selling the EXACT same thing. My items were fully boxed and not opened and yet they want to charge me 25% for a refund which is not even advertised on their website. Spent thousands of dollars here and never coming back.

Good luck trying to communicate with them once they have your money. The guy Sumit at reception was not helpful at all and could tell he just didn’t want to deal with the refund.

Best service in Melbourne, Osmaro helped literally from start to finish from showing me equipment & operation to removing the files making sure everything was 100%. Customer service 10/10

Great customer service, helped me when my test machine was faulty. They sent me a replacement tester while mine was getting fixed so that I didn’t have any down time with work. Got my tester fixed fast and sent it back to me. 5 star service. Thanks again.

Sells faulty JDSU equipment (and other brands) when they cant support it through Grays online and refuses to refund. - avoid.

Issues with meter randomly giving incorrect results. Contacted Bill Vrettas to see what could be done. Left it with him to sort out. A couple of days later he had a solution, talked me through over the phone and meter is as good as new.
Recommend dealing with TMG, good people who want to get you up and running.
Also get stock or tools to you the next day. Can not complain about that.

I’ve booked our technicians and myself from Skytech Group for getting the knowledge about how to use RD8100 assets locator also VIAVI ONX-620V HFC test equipment with Bill Vasilis Vrettas (trainer). It was one of my best training. He is just absolutely knowledgeable and professional both in theory and practical. I’ve got all my answers about this two instruments.

Great after sale service. I have been dealing with Bill Vrettas for the past year, he has been great in providing the help I needed to get my HFC Viavi ONX-620V meter up & running. His knowledge & experience has helped me update the firmware to connect to the nbn frequencies which no one else was able to do. Always answered or returned my calls when needed & sorted out my problems promptly & professionally. Great service Bill, job well done!
