TLBB Academy Of Beauty - Eyelash Extensions Training Facility

Had a booking placed and had to confirm with a booking fee, however the lash technician had me waiting at reception for half an hour before approaching me to cancel the appointment. Major inconvenience - time wasted and no lashes.

I've had the MOST frustrating experience with them; from organising the online component, to receiving my 'training pack' and lastly getting further support. I completed my "training" almost 1 month ago and it was a complete and utter waste of time. I'm now saving up to do ANOTHER course so I can get proper education on lash extensions and don't mess up my client's lashes.
For those wanting to be a lash tech, please do your research and invest in a more expensive BUT comprehensive course. I feel bad leaving a negative review but in this industry, not getting proper training could have really bad consequences (they don't even show you how to remove eyelash extensions and expect you to learn it all from a powerpoint presentation). I recently completed my lash course with the TLBB academy. At their Melbourne branch, the school was located in a really nice laneway just off of Collins Street, it was really easy to get too and very handy to pop out for my lunch break.

The course instructor that appeared by video-link was very sweet and friendly, she had an indepth knowledge and made it very easy for me to learn.
There was also another teacher​ present for the practical lesson.

After completing my course with the TLBB academy, they have also taught me a lot about marketing my own business and how to run my social campaigns.

Been coming to get lashes done here for years, SUPER attention to detail and perfect sets every time I walk out. They recently just moved locations and have many quality technicians in Melbourne at multiple locations. Highly recommended. Never had an issue very professional.

Really happy with the Training I did in their Melbourne Center the knowledge of beauty and lashes was very well thought out. I did both the online and Face to Face class and both trainers was exceptional. Also the quality of their product was amazing. I also ordered custom made products from them with their factory in Korea and Thailand and the quality and delivery of products was extremely high. Recommended:)

Recently had training by TLBB with online and Face to Face module in Melbourne this June and was SUPER HAPPY with the amount of knowledge that was provided. The training space was exceptional and the trainers really patient in explaining every little detail of the trade. I can’t thank them enough for the knowledge that was given. I will surely come back to do their advance training courses and be highly recommending their workshops to all my beauty therapy friends. Really exceptional.

Terrible. Lashes were NOT separated, and a week later as my lashes have grown they are really uncomfortable and now coming out in clumps with multiple natural lashes coming out as well. Paid $150 for the pleasure, tried to raise it with Management yesterday and was promised a call back but heard nothing. Disgraceful. I have bald patches already and will need to pay to have all lashes removed today or risk further damage. Beware!

The worst eyebrow wax and tint I have ever had. They did not listen to what I wanted and did not consult me prior to just going ahead and doing what ever they pleased. My natural shape was not followed, my eyebrows were dramatically thinned and the tint way too dark. Also the service was terrible, the two women were talking and laughing over the top of me in another language the whole time. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning!

My experience getting eyelash extensions at The Lash Beauty Bar was less than professional. The consultant ended up gluing some of my top eyelashes to my bottom eyelashes, in some cases there were multiple silk lashes applied to one real eyelash, and she took a personal phone call in the middle of my appointment. She also charged me a full set when I already had a set on (so it should have been a refill). Would not recommend.

I booked a appointment here 2 weeks ago, the business was closed on arrival. Attempted to call the telephone number it said the number was off.very disappointed as it was highly recommended through a friend.

Best microdermabrasion in Melbourne! I always leave with my skin looking amazing. I used to go to NEOSkin in Richmond but the treatment was too painful and harsh on my skin, also their staff would always really try to push their products. The team at Lash Beauty arent like that which is nice.

Great service felt very relaxed and professional definitely go back and definitely recommend.
