TK Maxx Forest Hill

Have some great and unique gift ideas and also cheap brand name handbags. I personally don't like the very old fashioned clothing they stock though- also never anything nice in plus sizes

One of the worst staff I've ever come across. Extremely rude, long faced, they must either have a terrible manager or don't get paid enough, not going there anymore, supervise your staff please

It is ok. You can get bargains but hard to find. Some items are cheap but others are cheaper elsewhere. Went for a bag to hold A4 folders but got better elsewhere. But not by much. So worth looking at. Just check your prices carefully.

Loving the Halloween stock although it's limited so if you miss out it's bad luck and if you wanted to buy a load of stuff so you don't miss out there's no way to pay things off. No after pay, lay-by, ect.

Such a wonderful store.
They have so many products, shelves are always pretty full and the staff are so helpful and friendly to deal with:)

You have to love this place all the best brands but not the prices. They don't always have all the sizes so you just have to go back. Well worth it.

Came imto the store extremely rude staff member felt privileged and entitled that its okay to treat customers bad.henry the manager was excellent.we wont be back.

After visiting other TK Max stores.i have realised this one doesnt meet the mark.better off going to the Glen or Knox Shopping Town

Questionable staff, unless they teach racial profiling to staff.
I was asked to show ID, one of the members followed me around the store; after buying my items, the staff member made me open my bag infornt of him before I was allowed to leave the shop, which was very embarrassing for me as other customers entered and exited around me

Honstley the worst Tkmax they have.
The service is horrible. They forget to take tags off all the time
They like to close Early as well.and the staff are very lazy in there.

Service is absolutely disgusting. Staff were rude and pushy, I have never been so disappointed in customer service ever.

The store really needs to restock if they want people to continue to visit. There is hardly anything worth buying

Since their opening, I haven't purchased regular clothing from anywhere else. Shopping at TK Maxx requires some patients, as you have to check in from time-to-time to see if you can find something you like, and that's the fun part! You never know what you're going to find. 90% of the time the prices will be very respectable. I look forward to shopping at TK Maxx in the future, and always recommend the store to friends and family when shopping for clothes or other miscellaneous home goods.
The only short fall of this store is that there is often a poor variety of clothes.

I had bad experiences 2 times in store with JARNIA when I return back the items to swap them with bigger size.

A bit of a strange store, kinda like the reject shop crossed with a clothing store. Definitely worth a look!

Convenient location, an okay selection of items. Most of the staff were nice. One staff member in particular was very pushy towards my partner and I, we were on our way out and we stopped to briefly make a comment. This is 5mins before closing - there were several other customers still in the shop browsing, being served at the counter and in the dressing room - but he approached us twice to push us out /finalise a purchase in a very rude tone of voice. I’ve worked in much bigger fashion/retail chains during the busiest of periods and I can tell you that’s not how you should approach to your customers at closing time especially when we were only a few metres away from exiting.

T.k. Maxx.always has something that works for me. A larger amount of stock in some areas would be good. There priced well but you must keep looking. Service is ok.

Normal sized tk maxx in half of the former big w, the staff are friendly and the range is amazing but I HATE the trolley lock thing always get a trolley from Woolies first
