TK Maxx Braybrook

This store used to be great for good deals and nice clothes. But recently, the prices have continued to rise, while their stock has been steadily getting worse. They have been replacing the racks previously occupied by clothes with toys and trinkets of poor quality.

Would be 5 stsrs if it was not for the wannabe over patrolling female security guard. Did some serious shopping there that day spent over $500 and spend thousands a year at tkmaxx stores around VIC. I was with my partner, separated in store with two trollies. A female Indian/Sri Lankan security guard was following me, doing unnecessary checks every 3-4 mins and giving me suspicius looks. Yes I had a hat on, unshaven, casual clothes.but guess what? I work in law enforcement! While you were over policing me based on your preconceived judgment, another shopper dacked what looked to be expensive clothing items! To make it worse she openly talked to the loss prevention officer who was undercover, another female. You just blew her cover! You made lots of mistakes that day and you made my shopping experience uncomfortable which I never had at tkmaxx before. I will not be here again. No tkmaxx's fault, just the wanna be detective and security company. Shopped on 11/11/2023 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm

One of my favourite stores around the world (I was a regular TK Maxx customer in Ireland and Scotland too). Always an excellent bargain to be had. ️️️️️

Great friendly staff always ready to help maybe a little low on some stock otherwise I would of given it a 5 star

Love! Great store lots of choice. The centre it's in. Is really new and they have a chemist warehouse inside also. Which is super handy. Great amount of parking. Would recommend.

Worst staff, good brands but definitely not same quality, so samples etc, other stuff terrible prices, Kmart has just as nice so much, cheaper. Rudest Manager I have Eva come across, threatening me to not give a refund, no worries had receipt for stuff, couldn't be bothered, had to have a gift card?
Didn't fit, so gift card for Tkmaxx, the everything I like are always too big Very Disappointed

I have an unhealthy obsession with TK Maxx and find most locations are pretty good except maybe Craigieburn, Werribee and Northland (not much decent stock) and Brimbank, as well as Spencer st DFO and Broady (sometimes) have amazing deals with good quality stock. However I think Brimbank has to be the best for homewares and bed linens.

If you want to go to one place that has everything, then go here and you won’t regret it! I loooove this store, it’s well stocked with a huge variety of clothing, shoes, homewares, accessories and is an absolute dream for buying gifts. It’s affordable, you can get some serious bargains and items that you can’t get elsewhere.
The staff is helpful and super nice. I’ve been going there since it opened, and even though I’ve moved from Sunshine to Melton, I still go there every 2 weeks. Just reviewing it makes me want to go again……see you there xo

Not much in the way of customer service but still my favourite shop

Braybrook branch is by far the biggest and has more stocks. Hubby’s fave and so as mine. Enjoyed looking at the bags section and love the candles and liquid hand soaps! So many big brands at reasonable price.

For the older woman with the glasses and grey curly hair, you know who you are. You need to smarted up your act and customer service skills.

I literally had 2 small glass candles and 3 pieces of clothing and she tried to force me to purchase a bigger bag for 15 dollars, claiming that the standard red bags will rip. First of all, I shop here everytime and purchase things that are way heavier than what I had purchased tonight and I’ve never ever had an issue with your standard red bags- that’s an excuse and clearly a terrible marketing strategy….

Before I left, I told her politely that the red bags are quite durable and she responded in such a way. For a grown lady, you’d expect her to be more polite, obviously not.

Honestly, if I had to rate her as a person, I’d give her a -5 / 5. Her attitude stunk.

Was a bit messy when a visited but otherwise was ok. There isn't a huge range of kids clothing as there is for the adults and they dont have huge sales but prices are still decent.

The store was untidy especially in the clothing areas. Not many staff to ask for help. They had some lovely homewares and furniture reasonably priced. Good prices for quite good quality stock. I'm from the UK so it was great to have TK Max in Melbourne

So many great items and all at such low fantastic prices.
I went in there the other day to get my hands on this years Halloween drip, so many affordable items, I left super happy:)
Staff were friendly and helpful too, probably my favorite TK Maxx store ever!:)

To Megan and her manager on Thursday 4th August OMG what CUSTOMER service just when I truly thought it was totally one from our world. Megan is a team member worth her weight in GOLD, not wanting to break store rules of NO HOLDS she went out of her way to help me find the items i was desperately seeking for my daughter and her manager was so understanding and helpful. I cannot say enough but thank you so much to both of you and even your male staff member on registers.thank you again. Caryn

You can find good things but there is not much difference in prices than the actual outlets and also the clothes look quite oldish

This neighborhood (mine!) can be a little sketchy, so tried to not be offended by being watched like a hawk (I did have a large backpack on so?) but that aside counter staff was helpful & friendly, always something good here.

Great store, well stocked and tidy. Only loses a star because the style of clothing is not always for me, but I do sometimes find some bargain pieces. I like how the sections are arranged by size and not style, makes it a lot easier to shop when I know what is available in my size.

Have to say the blonde lady with short hair has disgusting costumer service. If you don’t enjoy customer service don’t work in a retail environment.

An alright outlet store with USA brands. Certainly discounted but nothing special. Easy layout and a semi decent men's section.
