Beware of quotation, poor admin and finance. Buildings works finished but unable to lodge a certificate until a few chase up. Chase me for incorrect outstanding payment which was an error from their admin/finance about payment record. I refuse to pay more than I should be from the quote, then they send debtors and charge extra. Poorly managed company. Not trusted.

So delighted by the service we received from Titan. They've created a seamless model that offers a service which exceeds what you'd expected when hiring a plumber. Their scheduler Ryan is beyond amazing - and helped me through a really big challenge we encountered mid way through the project. To say he went over and above is an understatement - very much appreciated given I was project managing the reno. And our plumber Aaron was so wonderful. Always positive and calm - making sure we were happy. What a team you've built here Titan. Highly recommended.

Jacob from Titan fitted a kitchen mixer, fixed a leaky bathroom tap and fixed the our Gas hot water System all in just over an hour. He was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend him for an effective solution to any plumbing requirements.

Once making a query as to the list of the work required, they contacted me and also sent us someone straight away. They sent me a quote in a hour or so and made an arrangement of the work on the very next day, which is unbelievable. Josh, the plumber did an excellent work for me and I'm really grateful. I rang Titan regarding a leak coming from our shower and they were able to come very quickly. They explained clearly what they were looking at, what the problem was and fixed it. It's the second time we've used them and wouldn't hesitate to again.

Had Titan plumbing come and find a gas leak. They also repaired and refit pipes and shut off valves to hot water, central heating and stove. Jacob was very efficient and also willing to explain the issues and solutions. Jacob was friendly, professional and considerate of us working from home.

Thanks to Joe and all his team at Titan who worked tirelessly to completely renovate our very difficult roof with new colourbond barge boards, fascias and gutterings with precision and care.

We have a double story house with 45 degree pitch, dormer windows and we thought the job would be too difficult. But from my first conversation with Matt Wilson who employs all these wonderful guys and who was confident on his first visit that the challenge would not be too great all the way to the end result when they came to finish off and clean the paving where the scaffolding had left some marks it has been a rewarding experience.

Yes there was discomfort with the house covered in scaffold and us having to carefully navigate entering and exiting and yes it took longer than anticipated because of weather and other necessary design changes along the way but the team took all this in their stride and made sure that we were ok at all times and kept us informed all the way through as to what was happening and what we should expect.

I can’t thank Titan enough. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept the site as clean as possible throughout and left the site better than when they started. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Stuart came out from Titan, professional, courteous and friendly service. Recommended tap ware, explained what what he was going to do and all done in timely manner. Had handles, tap and breach replaced on basin and handles on laundry tub replaced and washers. When invoiced could not believe how cheap it was, had planned on it being so much more. Amazing recommend fully.
