The most amazing, mouthwatering burgers I’ve ever had was here, a true Melbourne gem, so delicious and well thought out mix of ingredients that come together sooo well, a true burst of flavour. Thank you for everything you do. I love you Tisiri- I know I came very close to you closing and you still put it together Thank you a thousand times over!

It’s always great seeing young vibrant chefs who are not afraid to put a modern twist to some old classic menus. This is exactly what has happened at Tisiri. We ordered the lamb, beef brisket and buffalo wing chicken chili loaded chips. All were what we ordered but the Beef Brisket in particular was next level. It was cooked to perfection and just had the right amount of salad and sauce.
Don’t take our word for it, do yourself a favour and make the journey to Tisiri. You won’t be disappointed. Well done team. We will be back.

If you haven’t tried these guys you are missing out. Juicy brisket, in house pickles next level. Flavours awesome well balanced and overall very filling. Definitely hit this place once a week great break from the regular kebabs.

An absolute hidden gem!
The meat was tender and cooked to perfection - lamb melted in my mouth. Everyone else around me’s meal looked fantastic too.

Although the menu may seem a bit pricey for your conventional idea of what you imagine a food truck may be however it is worth every cent. Dine in option is a vibe with low fi beats in a cosy room including toilet access. Brisket Snack Pack was so delicious demonstrating so much depth in taste. The chicken burger was also insane and juicy! The service was outstanding with owners working hard doing everything to provide an exceptional experience. If you have not already tried this place, I highly recommend you try it and judge It for yourself. It will definitely exceed your expectations even if your expectations are high.

The brisket sanga is SO GOOD! I just have to keep coming back for more. The food is delicious and the service is perfect. I will definitely be back. Thanks boys!

I’ve eaten here atleast 10+ times.the ultimate feed, with fast turnaround.the dining area is a big vibe too!

i even saw this maaaad off its head 2 door audi s3 when i was there last time, unrelated but it might be something like a good omen if you’re in to that sort of stuff.

Wow, First time customer at tisiri. The food was something special. The freshness and marination was just perfect. I’m not even sure how to describe it but you must try it to see for yourself. Staff was helpful and friendly

Love love love their flavours! We actually ordered quite a few things to try and all are pretty good!

My highlight would definitely be the lamb skewer (tender and flavourful lamb) and the chicken wings w sirarcha- we had our sirarcha on the side so the kids can have the wings as well.

The burgers can a wonderful smokey flavour but mind you the bun is more of the traditional burger bun and not brioche. I prefer brioche but it’s my personal preference. The sauce in the bun was just out of the world.

The BSP (rather than HSP) is made with their famous brisket. The brisket was beautifully cooked and even my very picky 8 year old had some, while my 6 Yr old smashed it (the brisket and surprisingly not the chips they ate a lot of it but we certainly got lots as well!)

The servings are huge, especially the BSP!

P. S.they have an indoor seating area, with toilets and all, even though you might think it’s a good truck. So don’t let a rainy day deter you from going!
