Their service was excellent, helping me find a perfect seat for both me and my child. They even assisted in cutting the noodles into kid-friendly lengths ahead of time. The staff, including both the server and chef, were patient and accommodating. I truly appreciate their assistance. I have to say dining with a child in Box Hill is indeed no easy feat. Additionally, I must mention that their food is exceptionally fresh and delicious.

The two soups we had were delicious, huge and reasonable price.
Will definitely come back

Very bad service there, the food not taste good, the most disgusting thing is the fake plants and hanging light on top of the table were covered with dust and the ceil were moulded badly. Got really sick from there. Really disgusting.

The amount of rice noodles is so big that I didn’t even finish it in the end. The taste is so-so.

Finally it opened in Glen. Funny design of the shop, great customer service. I ordered my favorite rice noodle - lamb spare ribs and beef tomato one for my son. The sticky rice fried cake is a must try! Easy free three hours parking downstairs close to David johns. Never disappoint with their sensational flavor. Price is fairly reasonable. Suitable for student, family, friends catch up. Kids friendly.

Went for a father's day dinner last Sunday. The place wasn't crowded at all.
The portion of the dishes was quite generous, the kids loved the noodles, I liked the spicy sour noodle. The atmosphere was good. There are not much variety of drinks, plenty on the menu but only two were available.

Absolutely furious, i have been eaten at this restaurant for about 6 years. I ordered takeaway this time because i was in a hurry and i didn’t even check what was inside the bag the waiter gave me because i was confident in their service and trusted them. I come back home with the complete opposite of what I ordered.

It was a shock when I saw the bill. How many % increased for a bowl of noodles with as thin as you can ox tail?

No one really care when walked in, and the waiter just point the counter when he saw me. Not sure why he shuts his month up. If he is really stressful and upset, just don’t work in hospitality.

How many ways to serve soup? This is the place to find out. Four different soups at our table and all were different tastes. Pig trotters may not sound appetising but it was one of the most that I have tasted. We are coming back here again!

Really love the choice of meals and excellent prices in this place. Service was good. Only criticism was that it was a cold day and because they have and outdoor section they needed to use this huge electric sliding door to take food/in/out and inside was cold. But.find a warm cozy corner and you'll be fine, would I go back? YES!

Highly recommend signature spicy beef noodle soup.
Fresh noodle, tender brisket, aromatic broth.

Yummy! NICE AND hot! The liver pork soup is my favourite. There are a variety of soup base bowls from spicy to non-spicy, noodles are delicious on a cold winter's day.

Love this place! They have THE BEST noodle soups ever. I have tried a few now and they have all been so delicious. Incredible flavour and serving size, highly recommend!

Our favorite place to eat in box hill. All the flavors are good but I always have the meatball noodles with my kids. My husband always had the tomato beef. Very big servings, great value and delicious!

Place served large portion sizes and was reasonably priced. However the food was average, service was very rushed and there was not anything special to distinguish it from other similar establishments.
