Timezone Werribee

I was very wary after booking my daughters party and then reading the previous bad review with their party experience. Made me quite nervous.

However I am happy to report everything ran very smoothly. We were contacted on the Wednesday night prior to the party and discussed the process and my concerns and was put to ease. Turned up today for the party and kept all our stuff in the trolley until we could set up (admittedly this would have been easier if they allowed us to quickly set up before kids arrived) however the party host was amazing, very attentive and very accomodating. Always offering if we needed help with anything and assisted in watching over the kids for me while we chased around our younger child and set up for the party. She was happy to take photos using my daughters phone too.

I feel like the cost of the party may have been a little high considering there is no food provided, however there is a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge to each party table which was handy.

Kids (dad & grandpa) really enjoyed laser tag too!

All in all we are happy with how the party went and would recommend it

Kids always have a blast. Bit pricey but what isn't nowadays.

Really good place for entertaining kids and having their birthdays. We often frequent Timezone and every time it’s a struggle to get my daughter and her friends out of there. We have even celebrated her birthday there a few times. Always a hit with her friends. Highly recommend the place.

Good crew, especially with children's birthday party.although had some intermittent issue with their card reader, but the crew worked to rectify the issue.

Time zone is good way to spend your time with kids especially in school holidays. I liked time packages that you can play for certain time several games. I think these kind of schemes are only available in school holidays.

Love coming here every time I manage to visit Pacific Werribee. Nice variety of games and the staff are very friendly. Wish there was a Maimai DX cabinet here though.

Sticky, dirty, lots of the games didn't work or didn't work properly (e.g. Basketball didn't release balls or keep score, ball drop jammed, claw machine only went in 3 directions among other issues). Staff were overworked - put more people on, it was Saturday night and the queue was huge. This place has gotten worse over the years. Prize range is very small compared to other stores (e.g. Knox City). Not much I can say that is positive. 2 stars because my 9 year old is oblivious and still seems to enjoy it. If it was me alone I'd rate 0.

Used to love taking the kids here before last year but it seems like they have gotten really stingy and greedy now. The lolly game used to be my boys absolute favourite, but now it has been filled with lollies that aren't able to be scooped (c'mon it's like a 5c Lolly the kids are trying to win) they dropped almost $20 on this game yesterday and couldn't scoop a single lolly.the ticket games don't give out hardly any tickets anymore. If this is how tight they are going to be I'll just take the kids to sunshine or crown Instead

Apologies for having to post this and at the risk of offending, some of your staff members hygiene needs to be addressed. The smell of BO comming off several of your staff today was unbearable and travelling throughout the facility. Truely disgusting.

Wrong management at the very right place. The temp people have been degrading the value everyday. No focus on the staff upskills, equipment maintenance. I hope they revisit the pertaining issues and reset it urgently. Thanks for your time to read me.

Had birthday party on Friday and it was amazing. The girl host (black) was friendly with kids and she was take caring of everything.

Had my son's birthday party here on the weekend. Booking online was easy but I didn't get confirmation of my booking until I called a week later even after paying a deposit. I had also checked off " contact about catering options" on our booking with the impression that I could order food from the venue. I wasn't advised untill two days before the party that I had to bring in all of our own food, drinks, plates and cutlery and that they did not infact offer food options at all. On the party day It was super crowded and extremely loud. Having 10 kids to keep track of seemed achievable with the added bonus of a "party host" that was included with the birthday package but the hard reality is that the party host was non existent and not present. We were told that no more than 20 people were permitted in the party room at any one time however this was just not adhered to at all. The room got that crowded it was almost impossible to get around our own table let alone to the sink. There was no assistance in the party room at all. I spent the whole 1.5 hours of game play time walking in circles around the venue counting all the kids to ensure they were all present and safe. I was so occupied doing this that I spent no time with my son untill it can't time to eat. Even then I was busy getting out the food, setting up the table, Handing out plates, cutlery, food and drinks. Managed to eat a little then got the cake out and did that. After bringing the non existence of the party host to the staffs attention the party host approached me, Apologised and explained that she was rostered to go on break that's why she wasn't around. To make up for it we were offered 15 free games to be used within a month (equivalent to $30)
I wasn't after free games, I wanted the package I paid for. Had I have known it would be this difficult and full on I would have booked elsewhere. Unfortunately we won't be back. Just not worth it.

Only good thing is discounted price. Otherwise it used be great place prior to covid but some nice games has been removed now or down like 4 player Zombie. Tickets has been half as well, not much tickets are scored now.

Games are more fun than the other branch. I like the bowling they got here. The only thing missing is the Car racing they got in Highpoint. I wish they can have it too in Werribee.

Not the best place i have been cost to much can just get all the prizes off wish and save my money

Great place to bring kids every now and then. We usually get the one hour timed card which can be used to play sufficient games to satisfy both my kids.

Large selection, prize room is less fairly balanced for tickets to monetary worth. They boast innovative games, but they can cost more than $5 a turn.
