Had my daughters 9th Birthday at Timezone in Northlands Mall and the host, Jonathan M had done such a fantastic job. From arriving to the venue to leaving! I didn’t lift a finger so I was able to sit and chat with friends and family. Recommend Timezone Northlands any day!

Jake was an excellent host, the kids had a fantastic time. Well managed, heaps of fun. A great birthday party.

Gabi was a wonderful host, made the birthday experience. She was wonderful with the kids too

Cannot thank Salah enough for hosting us today at Timezone.

We had a party with 17 kids and Salah was our party host.

He was great with the kids, keeping watch and making sure they knew what to do, where to go and play. Helped us get food in and out, sorted out a space for presents and was even proactive around moving timings around to keep the kids engaged. Super professional he answered all our parent questions and was really accomodating.

He made the birthday boy feel super special and all the kids had a great time. This is no small feat seeing how loud and chaotic it can get on the floor. Not to mention wrangling a pack of 17 9-11 year olds.

This is the first “big” party we’ve had and am so pleased with how it all went. Wouldn’t have been as smooth without Salah’s help.

Our hosts Marlo and Rosie were extremely friendly, helpful and calm under the pressure of 20 young kids to manage. The venue was clean and lots of games for the kids to play. Everyone had a great time.

Timezone Northland was great our host Alipate made sure we had the best party for our daughters 10th birthday.

After spending $140 here on games, we were met with rude staff who decided to close the store an hour earlier than what is on their websites working hours, and were then told to hurry up and make our selection on what to get with our tickets. Do not recommend this time zone, fully suggest attending a different venue.

The store is a bit tricky, sometimes you swipe the card, but the machine is not working and you will lose your money for the play.

Personally love to come here once in a while to blow off some steam on the arcade games or taking my younger siblings here for a fun time

Had an amazing time in venue tonight at Timezone Northland. A huge variety of games and entertaining attractions. We were served and attended to by Darragh and Poli and they were both so fantastic in helping explain how the games worked aswell as getting us sorted with game cards. Huge shout out to them who made our experience very memorable!

Last week of school holidays and something is always broken for nearly every game. Very disappointing.

My son’s party at Timezone Northland was a hit! I wasn’t sure that it was going to work with a party of 5 year olds with them being quite young, but all the kids had so much fun and knew how to play all the games.

Our host Grace was excellent - she kept us informed of the process the whole way through and was super helpful and friendly. She looked out for the kids and for us adults! The party was seamless and all the kids left tired and happy. We will definitely come back for more parties! 10/10 highly recommend and if you have younger kids, the 10am Sunday slot is ideal.

Probably the loudest place I've ever been. Imagine rapids on a huge river, but the waves are little kids possessed by the ideas of winning tickets to get the soft toy thing. It's like the craziest Moshpit you've ever been in, but the worst music you've ever heard. And the moshers are all tiny. Bumper cars were fun.

My daughter had an amazing time at her party. Sephie was excellent and kept everything under control so I could relax and chat with other parents.

Would rate 0 stars of I could. Only had q party host instead of 2, even then, she barely stayed pr helped the kids, timezone were running over an hour behind, they kept changing time schedule, and table location. Got kicked out of party room and had to serve the birthday while exiting. Would definitely not recommend having a party at this location, definitely not worth over the $500 I spent. Very unorganised, unprofessional, waiting over an hour to speak to manager etc. Ruined the party and made it extremely stressful.

Had a party here, the staff were all great. Siena was in charge of us and she was so professional, good with the kids and also a great communicator.

Had my sons 7th birthday. As with any 7 year old boys parties it was crazy. Marlo was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Stress free. She looked after everything. We could not thank her enough.
