Timezone Epping - Arcade Games, Laser Tag, Kids Birthday Party Venue reviews
41We had our daughters birthday at the Epping Timezone. Great experience and the party ran very smoothly. The hosts Lincoln & Krrish were very helpful, organised and did a great job communicating and managing the kids!
READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO PLAY PUMP IT UP:
i've been trying to play here since it's opened up again, but the pump it up machine here has been disabled by the upper management.this was fine the first time i came here - i spent $200 or so to get myself gold card benefits to spend on pump it up, so a staff member made the game available for me after he made me "test" the game to see if it's "broken" (it's not). I played 3 hours with a friend with no issues.a few other times i went, the staff was much more dismissive & just brushed me off with a blanket statement about the game being unavailable due to COVID.i just went home without complaining instead of arguing about it.i'm not sure what about pump it up has to do with COVID safety any more than the other games there; only pump it up has been disabled.so far i've been here 5 times since it's opened up but only been allowed to play twice, both by staff who have re-enabled the game for me.i've put in a customer service inquiry about my issues here, but i've only received the typical COVID safety response, with no explanation as to why or when the game will be available again.most recently when i went there, the staff who turned it on for me the first time explained to me that the game has a "server issue", which can't be true because the game has never been connected online here in the first place (typical of an arcade that doesn't know anything about its own games). After i said that was not true, he told me that his boss has told him specifically not to turn it on for me anymore, & took down my phone number when i asked when it would be back.so far i haven't received any calls or messages about this at all.overall this just looks really bad & once again proves that these days arcades have nothing to do with the game experience anymore.nobody even seems to understand what is going on with this issue, & i guess i've just thrown all of my money in the bin for a non-refundable card.there's some very weird anti-customer business practice going on here.thanks,
richtr
The games are so much fun! And all the staff are friendly and its nice that the blue elite card and higher cards gives a discount on the games.
Great place to go when I was a kid and to see my kids enjoy the place this day and age is awesome
I would like to thank all the team members for being so kind to my daughter and myself today. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.
Very poor experience at Epping timezone, I had 3000 or so Tickets on my card and the card was bugging out, I couldn't scan and see my tickets. The girl at the cashier told me to get a new card and it will transfer my tickets to that card. The tickets are now gone and all that money was wasted for no reason. 0/10
Some of the machines not working or down, but very friendly staff who helped remedy the situation. Will be back of course.
I had my son's birthday at Timezone Epping, it was a very good experience, all children had too much fun and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especial thank to Tom you did a great job
Went here with my wife and the kids. We bought the 26 unlimited play for one hr. It's great value if you just want to play the games, however you can not win any tickets other then the 300 preloaded ones from the voucher. This isn't a downside unless your like us deeply competitive and thrive on winning those tickets! All in all a great little escape that has lovely staff and a clean shop.
Great place for the whole family! Plenty of different games to play, easy to buy cards / check tickets and a huge range of fun and good prizes!
I love timezone epping. Never disappointed when i go here. Arcades are never bad, always staff there to help.
Awesome afternoon for the whole family. Timezone was a favourite when I was young and now my kids love it too. Can be an expensive activity as most games are around the $2 price per go. Parking can be a little tricky during busy times.
$2.20 for majority of games, pre average but fun.
Only issue was, there was ants crawling around in the prize sections.
The busiest arcade in the North. They have lots of games for all ages. Love their $26 unlimited one hour play which is usually enough for toddlers. The place is clean and well maintained.
Thank you so much to the girls for all there help today had my son's birthday there and the girls were so attentive with everything
My kid loves this place. Not huge but one can still find enough to keep the kids busy for an hour or more.
We were offered to buy an hours card that had 300 maximum tickets preloaded on it and we were allowed to play unlimited games that were "red of yellow" which were all games to win tickets which completely defeats the purpose of the limited tickets.
I had my sons 10th birthday party at epping timezone on Thursday nite
Everyone had a great time
Party host was perfect
Party room was perfect
Perfect in all ways
Highly recommend
Great staffs
But less games and less toys for kids to exchange their tickets
Too expensive to exchange the prizes abd tickets. We spend a lot less tickets at other places
It's okay! Not much variety that you can get from using birthday cards. Also, would of liked to get more points! But, lazertag was really fun and the boyz loved it
