On the 8/01/23 had my kids birthday at broadmeadows timezone the friendly staff were very polite respectful patient with 20 kids both Jade and Yasemin went above and beyond
We had a party at the Broadmeadows outlet and it was just perfect. The kids absolutely enjoyed it. The host Andrei was magnificent in every way. He was wonderful with the kids, friendly and just an all around Lovley person. I would highly recommend selecting this store for your child's party, well priced and worth every cent when you leave with ever kid so happy. "We'll done Andrei", your boss should be proud.
This store is amazing the customer service is amazing. Ali helped us around the store while helping out the party kids. The supervisors, Mustafa and Andrei also made sure we had a great experience in the store.
