1Massive $$$ lost when I switched to Timely booking software. Despite my staff having free columns, the software will only allow to book at 2 or 3 time slots. For example a column is free 2PM-8PM, Timely will only allow bookings for 2PM and 715PM. It never gave an option for booking any other time slots between those hours. This has resulted in me loosing thousands of dollars during my time with them. Furthermore, Timely is unable to do multiple service bookings. They knew my business required this function before I signed with Timely. Yet they did not disclose this crucial information and shortfall of their software. When I brought this up with them, they admitted they knew beforehand this was an issue. But they decided to deceive us into signing up with them. I have lost thousands as a result of Timely booking software.
