Rude customer services, when enquired about resizing the watch. The store does not help in resizing the watch. The staff member in a very mean and undermining way replied “wel you got a discount. ”

One of the worst watch shop in Melbourne. We bought a watch from there and it stopped working in first week. They refused to refund or exchange with as same brand.

Worst customer service and not helping even when product is still under a year. Worst team can’t even contact managers, and they refuse to provide any contact details. Worst team ever. I will never buy anything from them again.

This place will fleece you of your cash for what seems to be refurbished/faulty watches. Watch broke within a day and their return policy protects them from providing an exchange or money back as they would just say its a "wear and tear issue". Brand new watches don't just break out the box and clearly other reviews here have had the same predicament.

When I bought a watch they did not tell me about their refund policy. When I ask for refund they did not do refund. Don’t buy anything from them

Worst experience! I Bought a men’s watch and asked about the exchange and refund policy and the guy replied yes you can do it within 14 days and went there after 3 days of buying watch and he said you can only exchange watch, but not refund! I was shocked because he didn’t say anything about refund! And then there was a lady who apologise to me but the guy was so rude and don’t know how to deal with the customer because of his misleading information i bought a watch and can’t return it, if you have a policy like that you should have warned me! I won’t go back again

FAKE WATCHES! Worst shop to buy watches from! Me and my brothers have bought around 5 different watches from this store (all different brands) and spent so much on each watch! Every single one had to be returned to be fixed. My tommy hilfiger one couldnr be covered by the warranty and i was told i need to pay $80 to fix it when the watch itself costs 300. My brothers watches, the hands of the clocks fell off inside the watch. Diamonds fell out. The crown fell off. Worst experience! Will never buy from this shop again. Buy from a different shop. Employees are so inconsiderate and rude! They dont even care that your product has a default! So many things not covered by warranty too.

I took my tommy one to a man who fixes watches and phones and he said he gets so many customers who have bought watches from timeless watches dfo because their watches are wrecked! They probably get them wrecked and fix them with fake parts.

On top of all this, everytime you want to repair a part of your watch, you need to wait like 6 weeks! So careless. I dont know where they send them for it to take so long.

Bought a watch off them, came home happy to open the box the user manual book is missing. The longitude dial is not working. Now I’m doubting if the watch is brand new or used. It’s been Couple of hours from purchase time.

I bought a Tommy Hilfiger watch from them on 2/9/2017.and just after the warranty finished (which was for 1 year) in November 2018.most of the numbers fell off, when I went to the shop, they said I have to pay for the watch to be fixed. I told them do you think I paid 160 dollars for a watch to be used for just one year?
