Doesnt give us box for bracelets, Removes tags of it without asking us and says its the policy. I have bought tommy bracelets in the same store several times and its not the policy to remove the tags as we give them for gifting purpose. Doesnt know how to print gift receipt- For everything we ask, its the same answer” I DONT KNOW, I AM NEW HERE”
I don’t understand how can a person been given incharge of the entire store especially on Friday when they don’t know how to do all these basic things.

Choice of music in store is incredibly disruptive and offensive. Every time I have gone into this store they are playing obscene rap with incredibly offensive words blasting throughout the whole store. I can hardly even hear the staff talking to me over this music. Perhaps I suggest playing something more calm and at a reasonable volume?

Purchased my Tommy Hilfiger from Timeless South Wharf. My watchmaker indicated it had an inferior movement after replacing battery twice. Not impressed.
