Bought a vintage style Casio watch from this location. With the 20% off the entire Casio range I was able to almost match internet prices with a nice two year warranty included.

After buying watches for both my sons here over the past few years, I was shocked to hear when my son wanted to buy a watch for his friend, that he was told, it depends on his complexion. I am also convinced that the 30% discount applied to the rrp and not the hot price advertised but were told that it was already a sale price.not the hot price. A sale lost.

Coach watche is terrible quality. The watch retail price was $750 AUD. After wearing for few days, there were a lot of scratches on the watch surface. I have written to Coach customer service and went to the Timeless Watches store but all of them said this issue is not covered by the warranty.
How could they use such a low quality of material to make watch surfaces like this? It is so easy to be scratched in daily use conditions. A $750 worth watch should not have this terrible quality. I think it is fair to expect the watch surface to have scratche resistance with this pricer ange. Very disappointed.

A very nice store with a wide variety of watch brands to choose from. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help their customers. I've bought two watches from this store so far. I know I'll be back to buy more!

Brought a Earnshaw watch with in 4 months of warranty the hour hand fell off. In the mean time brought another watch from them at 500aud.
Received my original watch back. Then the other watch gave to my father.
Add insult to the wounds the u/w watch band clasp fell apart 1.2 weeks after getting back and told parts comee from over seas. Have not had 12 months value from this watch but they wanted to sell me another watch.
What I found out later is there is a company In Kensington Victoria they could have obtained the parts from, same supply agent instead of qld agent.

Think twice before buying a Earnshaw they even said the product had a flaw on the band hence failing.so all earnshaws have this issue.
