Newly opened to the public cafe in the Industrial part of Sunbury. Tucked away facing the train line, Timeless appears to be a catering business that's now open for cafe trading as well, targeting the trade crowd. Latte brewed up on a Viper under-bench set up and served in a ceramic cup (not a glass as per normal) at $4. Coffee was okay, but nothing great. Staff were lovely and although I didn't eat anything, menu looked quick and easy. If it were open on weekends I'd certainly give it another go and get some food.
