Time Out Holiday Park reviews
20Access to the park is on a dirt road that is not maintained, 10mins of ungraded road surface. Good site but again not very well maintained on the garden front. We stayed in a ensuite site which was clean and great size, the only positive point for our stay. Our closest bbq area was never cleaned, bins over flowing, pools were disgustingle dirty which the park closed on our third day as obviously too many complained. Pool hrs for summer time were inconsistent. For what we paid we have felt overall disappointed with our stay and would not come back. This could be a great park if the maintenance and cleanliness was given priority.
We stayed from the 27th December - a massive park with not so nice permanent residents.
Recycle bins near camp site, however garbage bins 400 metres from us and were overflowing the entire time.
Some of the cleaning staff not so friendly - when closed.
We were camping on a large site, we had 4 families and 4 vans and the permanent residents were not friendly, in fact they were rude
Just stayed at a powered site with my family with 2 kids (6&9). Park facilities and communal areas were kept clean. Fantastic water pressure, nice and hot. River was literally behind the campsite not even 200m away with a spacious private beach to enjoy. Had excellent wifi service if you want to use it. Plenty of activities for the kids to take part in. 3 pools (1 heated). Was quiet and relaxing however only 10min drive into town.
The only downfall was the motor bike track was right behind the campsite which was noisy at times but we spent most of the days enjoying fishing at the lake and by the river so it really wasn’t an issue!
Great park. Only thing I disliked was keypad entry to ammenities. Secluded park so can’t see the need for it
The place itself is very good, it was clean the private beach was awesome. The service lacked a little bit. They checked someone else in under my name (the names were not even similar at all) lucky we new them as we were all holidaying together, we had to pay extra for another boomgate code $20 a night which didn't even work anyway, ridiculous and they could of supplied soap for the bathroom.
Great park - lots of facilities for kids and families. Coffee in the morning was a must! Pools were fab. Walking distance to river with sandy beach. Ensuites were clean and spacious. Would 100% recommend and will stay again!
Tranquil and peaceful location, exactly what my family and I needed on our mini-break. Our cabin was exactly as advertised, beds were comfy, cabin was neat and clean. Communication from Ingenia was awesome via email and phone, with clear and helpful instructions. We will definitely be back, highly recommend!
Good park if you have a boat or JetSki. Very muddy sites in wet weather and the track in is very muddy in the wet with alot pot holes.
I give 3 stars only coz management and Swearing coming from office one day but it's got some Beautiful grounds pools and lovely staff and just a joy to spend a few days there would I go back love to but maybe put ear plugs in the kids ears when around management
Immaculate grounds, clean facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Why go anywhere else? Highly recommend this park. Jennifer and Jon Goudge.
We stayed over the Easter weekend with our young children. Playground and jumping pillow were a hit. 3 pools but no paddling pool for little ones. Shop on site had more then most I have seen. Great communication and service from the staff I have spoken to. We rented a Murray View Villa and it was clean and well resourced. Road in to park is dirt/gravel but no issues in a normal car. Short walk to the river. Some noise from those camping on the river but not within park. Easter bunny even visited and provide the kids with a chocolate rabbit each. Would definitely come back.
Poor customer service, no people skills.
Managers pick and choose who they charge what $$ for a night. Not a place to relax and holiday when they spy on you.
My family and friends have been coming to Timeout for 20 years.
We all love it and have a ball every year.
Now with the new owners and all the improvements and new cabins, we love it even more.
We will continue to come every year.
After waiting 40 minutes on a stinking hot day to be checked in and spending another 30 minutes trying to locate the site I was not happy. Other guests tried to assist in locating it but couldn't either from the map given. When I rang the office for assistance I was spoken to in a condescending manner. I eventually was directed to where I could set up by another more friendly member of staff. The facilities were below an acceptable level of cleanliness. I actually cleaned a shower and the shelve so I could at least have a clean surface to put my belongings on. The site was a dust bowl. Terrible in the wind. The road in to the park, I know are not the park's responsibility however I do not drive a 4WD and sustained a puncture and a rear window was vibtrated loose and now needs to be resealed. Perhaps I could have been forwarned. There is no night limit on noise and young children's voices can still be heard approaching midnight. I have been on the road for more than a year and this stay was the least enjoyable.
Lovely place to stay with friendly staff members. Very clean and tidy. Awesome atmosphere. Great facilities. The pool area is beautiful. We will be back for sure.
Nice camp site for the family, beautiful waters for fishing and swimming.
Was so disgusted and disappointed by how uncourteous and disrespectful people are here. Parties and loud music till 4-5am, didn't catch a wink of sleep. Not to mention the yelling and screaming at nights, throwing bottles and swearing all over the place. Leaving an absolute mess. The drive here was easy as we had a fwd but you'll find it quite tricky for a normal car. Good luck hope your experience is better than mine.
Great Place to Go camping
Staff Care about the precinct So Epicly
The locals are so nice and the bathrooms are so modern
Would Reccomend to Go camping
(But Not in the middle of summer)
We stayed at the poolside villa. There was this one particular staff member who is tall, white hair, older gentlemam who cleans the pools is absolutely rude to guests. He should be taught the basics of customer service 101. He talks to guests in a condescening manner and bad attitude. The venue and accomodation were excellent, but this particular staff member ruined our stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely wont come back! You should treat people how you want to be treated #respect
Off peak it's lovely n empty Easy access to river. Location is not easy to find over uneven track but worth it.
Pet friendly cabins not recommended for wide people, cabin was too small, my husband who is minorly obese had difficulty getting in and out of the bathroom due to the very narrow door opening caused by the toilet being right behind the door, he had to walk sideways through the hallway and advertised Queen bed was only a double so only book pet friendly cabin if you don't need a lot of space, husband's largeness aside the cabin and facilities were clean, on site shop well stocked and the staff were very friendly
