Sent our car here for a roadworthy and was advised we needed 4 new tyres to obtain the certificate.

I questioned this, given our current tyres have done less than 15,000kms and are less than 6 months old.

Took the car to two other mechanics in Warrnambool, who both advised the tyres are in suitable condition to be roadworthy.

Confirming my gut feeling to question the advice.

Called the dealership multiple times to speak with the manager, with no response.

In addition to this circus, upon completing the inspection of the car, the child seats were not refitted and when asked about this, the employee spoken to was dismissive, as if he had better things to do.

It should've been around $350 in and out but with the recommended tyres, it takes the total to nearer $1200.

The dealership was extremely prompt with the quote.

Laughable.

Came into the workshop with a damaged tire. And within 20 minutes we had it fixed, allowing us to continue enjoying our trip around our lovely Aussie country. Thank you to the folks at the workshop, they were quick to respond and provided a quality service!

Went and seen the boys because of an engine light on, looked at and fixed (hopefully) within fifteen minutes. Could not rate highly enough the service and enthusiasm from the team. Put my mind at ease as we are on holidays and 2000km from home. Well done!

Got a flat tyre in Port Campbell so we went here to get it fixed. Within 1/2 hour all fixed and put back on car. Spare back in boot. Staff were very helpful and great to deal with.

In 2019 we were on vacation in Australia and our rental car had a flat tyre. Timboon Motors replaced it spontaneously, fast and for a fair price. Super nice team. You made our stay in Australia even more pleasant, huge thanks!

Ended up here with a flat tire on our rental car (after the car rental place offered no help). All the employees here were lovely! Helped us out quickly and for a cheap price. Would highly recommend!
