Awesome place. Great communication from the guys. Although there yet to receive some of the items I'm after. They have been great with everything. They can't help the delays. Amazing place.

Timberzoo really know timber but more importantly they know how to match timber with customer's needs. We were undecided about the right timber for a garden landscaping job and after describing what were doing and the look we were trying to achieve, Timberzoo staff offered a number of options and pros and cons of each. We went with their recommendation, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Delivery and price both spot on. Highly recommended.

Dave and his staff are extremely knowledgable and approachable. We've found their product is always of the highest quality. Timberzoo is always our first choice to drop by for unique timber products.

We have used Timberzoo on numerous occasions, we have found the team informative, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for something special they always try their best to find stock that suits your needs.

I recently had some timber dressed down in size by Dave and his staff. We were really happy with the quality of the re-sized members. He completed the work faster than anticipated and delivered the timber to my house in person. You can't get better service than that. So appreciated. Cheers

A great place for recycled timber. The staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The prices are reasonable - I will be going back soon for the timber I need for my next project.

Overpriced timber, zero regular customer loyalty - you can spend $30K a year here and they still treat you like a once off walk-in. Never willing to go the extra mile to help you out (have made us wait days for timber that is literally sitting there ready to be shelved) and will never provide a competitive deal. We have started using Melbourne suppliers that are vastly more knowledgeable and always give trade discounts on larger orders - it's worth the extra driving. We avoid Timberzoo as much as possible. It's a shame they're the only supplier of recycled timber in this area.

Hi there, I won't list our company name for obvious reasons. After having spent close to $45K over the past 2 years, you have regularly refused to offer even a standard trade discount on orders. On 3 separate occasions you refused to bring the timber from behind the barn door onto the showroom floor for us to pick from - even though the species and size was low in stock on the shelves, and bowed / twisted - I quote 'We only restock the shelves when they're more empty'. Every time we go in you ask for our company name - let alone our own names (and especially not our pet dogs!). You are extremely lucky there isn't any competition in the area - it is essentially what keeps people coming to you. Not sure why I would create a fake review - obviously not a competitor as there aren't any in the area.

Fantastic service, staff are great, site is easy to navigate through and very clean. They have some amazing timbers for sale. Definitely worth a visit!

Purchased amazing timber (recycled too) & even though it was NYE day, they were opened & only to happy to help! They had exactly what l wanted in stock (Bunnings was going to be end of January, given holiday period & actually more expensive). Staff helped load the timber, nothing was too much trouble. Totally recommend. Would try here first, before any timber purchases, in the future. Value for money, awesome quality & style.tick, tick, tick. Thank you Timberzoo!)

After visiting Timberzoo multiple times, I have been consistently impressed with both the diversity of options and the friendliness of the staff. I’ve definitely spent a lot of time in the shop browsing and thinking of what to use all the different species for. Highly recommend.

Best place for reclaimed floorboards, other prices seem a little high, but your paying for quality, and amazing reclaimed pieces that can make an amazing statement in a project! If you want unique and amazing timber with brilliant history, this is the place to go!

Great selection of recycled timbers to suit any project. Service was great but the prices were not cheap
