I will never recommend this place, the service was poor, the customer service lady was so rude, I went to exchange the faulty shoe on the same day I purchased, she said manager not here, come tomorrow before 4 pm, then I went next day she said manager is sick come next day, then another time she said system is down, and then she was so rude, saying that I want to complain I can, I have a little toddler, they made me hustle for exchange for 3 days, never will buy again

Timberland staff at chadstone and southwarf stores were so helpful, over last weekend I purchased a pair of shoes and accidentally got the wrong size, I rang chadstone store where the very friendly gentleman helped me find the size I needed and got south warf to hold them for me, when I entered south warf store to pick up my store they knew who I was immediate and were so friendly and made exchange in size so easy, the staff are cheerful happy and kind and they even congratulated me on my 10 year anniversary, thankyou so much guys! Amazing work!
