We've just had our beautiful recycled timber benchtops installed and they're everything we wanted, so much better than granite, they exude warmth and character and will stand the test of time. The process was seamless from the first detailed quote - something that was important as we didn't have to go back and forward asking questions. I would highly recommend Timber revival if you were considering timber as benchtops - fantastic!

A few weeks after my 1st request for a quote online, they responded to acknowledge the receipt of my request. They apologised for letting me wait for that long. They asked if i were still interested for a quote, they would get back to me. That was another month ago and i still have not heard anything from them.

A real pleasure to deal with Aaron and the team. As an amateur, it was really important to be able to get the right help to pick the best sticks of timber, finish, filler and glue. The follow up service was also excellent and didn’t stop with the delivery. A great experience from start to finish!

Excellent process and amazing end result. We have exquisite bench tops from Timber Revival that have taken our kitchen renovation to another level. Ordered a couple of shelves from Timber Revival. Quick responses, and very accommodating to my query. The cost was reasonable, and it arrived quickly even during Covid times.

I went there today to buy some wood glue and I was happy with the customer service. They were very helpful. Excellent.

Seriously good service. I was trying to find a specific epoxy. They responded quickly and well (2 other places i'd emailed that apparently stocked it didn't even reply.), they were quick to deal with an issue, they posted the items quickly. In an industry that sometimes is poor with customer service they could have just been average and would have stood out - instead they actually are genuinely good for any industry. Will use again for sure.

As a busy mum trying to organise a bathroom renovation, these guys made it super easy to order my custom timber vanity top. Bree emailed through board selection photos, I chose my finish, settled payment electronically and a couple of weeks later - voila! I didn’t even have to leave the house! Thanks guys!

Great to deal with and very informative regarding the timbers and the effect we were trying to create. I would recommend Aaron to anyone looking for recycled timbers. I will probably be back for timber for a dining table at some point.
