Timbarra P9 College

Hello I have been to this school and I must say this school is terrible when I was in grade 1 I thought of nothing when I had no friends until I got older about year 3 and I saw everyone else playing except me I realised how the teachers are terrible I have sat down on the concrete all by my self because of exclusion teacher by teacher always walked past and saw the tears drip down my face as I had to watch everyone else laugh and play not one teacher would as u if u are ok or if you needed a friend no one. Students were chewing on markers from terrible parents messed up and as soon as u talk to a say your little buddy maybe in year 1 to try be nice all you get as attitude this school is messed up so much drama exclusion and terrible staff if u are considering this school you’ve made a mistake. I do not see why people think this is a great school trust me I hated it I had to move.

My daughter was excluded from grade 2 swimming because the school refused to take late payment. The explanation from the school was, abide by our regulations our you are screwed.
They offered no help, and would rather have my daughter along with several other student's miss out on swimming lessons.
The school has low integrity and care towards students. Timbarra has put policy ahead of the students welfare.

Indonesian teacher gave us the option to complete homework, but if you finished it you got free food, 10/10 execution.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE BU JESS! She is most the best teacher I've ever had and is the most caring and warm person ever!

Bu Jess was a legend. We all had this running joke that she rode a dinosaur to school, cooked her meals in the school kitchen, showered in the gym change rooms and found her outfits in either the forensics props or English costumes. She knew about the jokes, joined in on them. She's the only reason the school deserves 5 stars

I went to this school 7 years ago in class 4M,
my teacher was awesome and I had a great friends 2 of which I has been really close with:) I miss this school.i have great memories there.

The high school portion was pretty decent, some of the teachers were more childish and petty than the actual students.

I literally go to school it’s probably the best school I want to it’s just that one of my teachers because I’m in grade 2 is kind of rude Logan onto that later other than that it’s a pretty good score 4 out of five

I tried ordering a choccie milk shake but they kept telling me to get out adn they dont sell them, but i could see the bold man in the back drinking one, they got the police to get me away i think it was because of my minecraft t shirt.

The school is great! The teachers helped me get my grades back up since my primary school taught us nothing. I'm glad I came to Timbarra for high school but the new teachers are kind of mean sometimes and yell A LOT! And are very loud. I want the previous teachers back like Mrs Williams, Mrs Hutson, Mr Harding, Mr Williams and Miss Sword.

I’m a student here and Mr Zwanenburg and Linda in the food tech room you cannot go 1 session without been yelled YELLED at for taking too long or not cooking enough even though we have 40-30 minutes to cook with 2 people with tiny benches

As being a student at Timbarra since 2009 it has been an amazing experience. The teachers are so lovely and other students are so kind and respectful too. The last 8 years at Timbarra were very memorable as I made a lot of close friendships with my other peers and even the teachers. If you are looking for a school to send your child/ren to then I would definitely consider sending your child/ren to Timbarra P-9 College.

A close friend of ours had a daughter who started prep there, she got stabbed with a stick and held a stick to her throat saying they would cut her, the teachers did nothing about it and the kids who did it were not punished or talked to probably.

Amazing school! The best teachers you could ask for, always supportive and passionate about learning, extremely clean environment, and the students are amazing as well, made many great friends and many great memories here at Timbarra
