The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending a grout colour for my bathroom.

Products are pretty good. The only downside is the super rude reception lady. I don't know why she is sitting there.
I heard the same opinion from at least 5 of my tradie friends about that same lady, so can't understand why the boss keeps employing her.
