As we are renovating our 2 bathrooms and kitchen, we were recommended to the Tile Importer by a friend, and it’s been the best thing we have done.
Our initial visit we met with Alice, she was wonderful and patient and product knowledge was great, making sure we had everything we needed. Once the renovations started things needed to be changed for different reasons, but it was so easy to call up and get advice for our best options, and they helped us make the changes we needed.
From all the ladies in the showroom that were so helpful, going to the warehouse to pick up our order we met Luke, who also was fantastic, friendly and made sure we had everything.
Fantastic place to shop we’ve had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Once again, tile importer succeeds. The service from the whole team from the display centre, warehouse to customer collection is exceptional. No need to shop around for prices. This is the only place to visit.

We recently visited tile importers for the first time and we were blown away by the variety of products available. We needed a kitchen tap were helped by Alice who was great in explaining what was available and would suit our needs and price range. We bought the tap and have had it installed. It is perfect and enhances the contemporary look of our kitchen. It’s sturdy and has a good water flow. The pullout cord is fantastic for washing big pots, dishes and cleaning veggies.
We were very pleased with the whole experience we had at Tile Importers and we will be back for all our renovation projects.

Awesome range and prompt service. I had an usual requirement, but Alice immediately understood all the complex technical jargon and was instantly able to fulfill the order using a combination of the "right priced" products. Highly recommend.

We just had a client needing some space saving options for their new bathroom. Alice and the team at tile importer went above and beyond finding us the best solution, consisting of a beautiful Geberit in wall cistern, matching best BM pan and gorgeous white push buttons with gold inlay (Complementing the bathroom to a Tee)
