Very happy and impressed with the courteous service and prompt communication. My watch required a replacement band which had to be special ordered. Natalie was very efficient and helpful. I made the initial contact via their website and they called me within a short time.

This was a very disappointing experience and a waste of time. I just wanted to set the time right on my Casio sport watch. I have lost my instruction manual and my own trials went nowhere. Being aware that this company likes you to book an appointment in advance, I phoned first, explained my need to reset the time to day light saving and asked if I can just turn up, as normally such a task takes only a couple of minutes. I was told to come and see if she can do it while I was waiting. I did that and drove into the city the following morning, only to be told to leave the watch there and collect it the following day or at an appointment time. She also mentioned that this might cost $25. What a rip off. She didn't even try to ask the repairer at the back if he could do it while I waited. I left them with a bitter taste in my mouth.
It is worth mentioning, that on my way back home, I stopped at my local shoes and key repair shop in Hawthorn, who also happens to sell watches and to my pleasant surprise, he did it on the spot and at no charge whatsoever. That is good service and I praise them for that.

I highly recommend if you're looking to have a watch repaired. The quality and professionalism means this is where I will go again should I need another watch repaired in the future. Thank You for your service!

I got my fossil watch battery replaced here. It was cheaper than other alternatives in the city, plus there's a free 1 year warranty in case the battery needs to be replaced again. The service was also great - got text reminders for the appointment and had a friendly experience at the store. Thank you once again for your service!:)

I became aware of TikTok when I had to have one of my favourite watches fixed due to the low quality work of another company that had damaged my watch - I gave the watch to Tik Tok to repair and they gave me back the watch in totally new condition; needless to say that now TikTok is the only place that I give any of my and my wife’s watches for maintenance. Had two mechanical watches repaired and serviced there recent. 5/5 satisfaction.very professional, excellent communication, two watches keep time perfectly. The staff identified the flaws of my wife’s watch and repaired it, now it has been running so well that she starts to wear the watch everyday after almost 10 years’ not wearing it at all. Fantastic service from the Tik Tok team. I have been a repeat customer over the last 3 years getting batteries changed, strap adjustments etc. I just returned again to get more maintenance done on a few watches. They are honest, up front about (reasonable) pricing and really friendly as well.

Not really a retail store. Went there to see a watch that was advertised online. Contacted for an appointment with no response. When I arrived was told they did not have the watch in stock. Buyer beware

Friendly and patient staff. They we're very empathetic with the fitting of my new watch as i was indecisive with its tightness, even when i returned as soon as I left due to changing my mind on the tightness. Recommended.
