Went to tik tok ice cream shop at cranborne. Rolls were awesome and service was excellent. The shop was very busy but we got exceptional service and food.

Nice ice cream parlour with a diverse range of flavours. Great place to satisfy cravings for Indian style ice cream my generation enjoyed in the 80s and 90s.

I've had the special falooda and the pistachio roll and both were amazing. Must visit place in Melbourne.

Took the kids down here last night after dinner. The guys gave the kids extras on the house! Ice cream was amazing would definitely try

The girl who served us was so sweet! She also recommended the Tiktok Falooda as it intrigued us and it was so good! Will defs be back:)

I love the ice creams here but the coffe part god that is disgusting.employee here don't know how to make hot beverages and the size they are givinge the smallest cup you can ever find in a 4.50 dollar medium size coffee not at all value for money.

Listen to the order correctly and make accordingly. And when someone complaints do not laugh and say no one ever made that request. Ruined my dessert by putting way too much other things than the actual ice-cream.

Listen to the order we drove 15 mins and back 15 mins. You completely stuffed up our order, mood and entire ending to our night

Waited nearly 25 minutes to place my order and after that i waited 15-20 minutes for my ice cream roll.
There was only 1 girl serving and making rolls so it took more time than usual. The customer service was not acceptable. I was expecting a “thank you for your patience”.
I recommend this place hire more workers

Great value for money, quantity is definitely on the loaded side, which is just fine for a sweet tooth like myself. Can't get enough!

Don't get me wrong, their products are tasty especially the amristsari special kulf but our last experience was probably our last. It was a weekend and the poor girl was rostered alone she had to take orders and make things herself and the place was flat out busy. There was waiting for more than 30 minutes. So while it took me about ten minutes to finally place my order of three single scoops in cups, the girl took money and started making other orders that were placed before us but they were big falooda orders and rolls that she had to go behind and make. Now they've taken my money so i can't just walk out and i have one kid who is busting to go to the toilet and an infant who has had enough and wants to get out of the place. So for something that is going to literally take no more than sixty seconds had turned into a further 25 minutes of just waiting around.
I can't understand the mentality of these people who just open a successful business and then open another branch and move all their focus there and ignore their flagship store. I mean no one should have to work alone. I felt so bad for the girl. If they can't find a cover, they should either come out and help themselves or they should close the shop down. The girl was almost in tears and i know i would have been too. We have our routine where we go have dinner few doors down from this place and then venture to tiktok. We decided to go to a different gelato place after that incident.

The lady working there when myself and my little went there on Saturday was really rude. The store was empty when we ordered then a young Indian girl came in. The worker, also Indian decided it was more important to serve her first.the worker also tried to rip us off by not giving change when I paid cash.

Apprenetly if you're not Indian you'll be put last and ripped off.

Very helpful service staff and the scroll was yum. The quantity was a lot and we could only order one between two of us and couldn't finish. Useful tip: go there in big groups to enjoy the most of all flavours on offer:)

Nice selection of flavours with average taste. Needs some work on quality and need a lot of work on customer service. The girl who served us was very busy talking on phone with earbuds on while serving. NOT RECOMMEND

Had smoothie, Tasted like they put store bought yogurt mixed with milk and served. Low quality

Today i have ordered tiktok special falooda and that was amazing in taste. I could not find this faloured falooda in Melbourne. I will recommend this ice cream parlour to everyone to enjoy yummy falooda.

The Icecream rolls were very innovative. The Tik Tok Falooda with Rabdi is a must try. TutiFruti was a big hit as well. Definitely will be a regular late night outing. Please keep up the quality!

From last 2 or 3 times i am having bad experience. I always order one thing and when first time i had that it was just awesome but now the quality goes down. Even last night i again picked up rabri falooda to give it another try but again it was so bad. The icecream was full of ice crystals. And i was only drinking flavoured milk with high sugar in it. No taste at all. Really disappointed. Now i will think twice to order again.

Quality has dropped since had last time 3 months ago. Faluda was annoying with pieces of ice in between. Ordered Rabadi flavour and pista. Pista flavour was nice but with annoying ice bits in-between and Rabadi had some random unknown flavour. Disappointing. Please lift the game guys
