I ordered some items and had them sent to my locker box at aramex. The tigerlilly courier apparently delivered the items but my receiving locker box has no record of this. Tigerlilly refuse to take responsibility of the lost parcel. Such bad service. They don't answer the phone or live chat either. It's not worth wasting your money buying with this company online. Terrible after service and obviously should not be selling online or should use a reputable courier service.
