Kerry is a thief.he took our money blocked our phone number and left us with four missing doors damage to sliding mechanism and paint. There is no warranty on work or materials supplied. In my opinion stay away far away, he’s a GRUB.

It is HIGHLY probable that the positive reviews are fake.
One 5 star "review" was posted by the owner Kerry McDonald himself.

He doesn't respond to calls or texts.
He accepts the job for door/blinds installation then keeps postponing AFTER taking the deposit.
He gets aggressive and swears when wanting to cancel and requesting a refund.
He's dishonest and straight up steals money.operating his business very poorly.

Avoid at all costs, and save your hard-earned money and the headache you'll have if you choose to deal with Tiger Tuff / Kerry McDonald

It’s been a year, our shutter still hasn’t come yet! Very poor customer service! Too many excuses for not delivering the service and goods!
Kerri, could you please respond to my calls! When will you install our blinds, I trusted you about 2 months ago and now you are not responding again!

On the third booking to install cupboard doors they turned up. First 2 times we were ghosted with not even a call to say weren’t coming. Two months after installation cupboards are falling apart and no longer roll smoothly.
Spoke to on phone and arranged for someone to come out and fix and surprise, surprise no one turned up. Now ignoring all text messages and phone calls.
Rubbish service and product. Beware!

Very happy with the over all service of Tiger Tuff. The company honored my quote from September in December with a great deal on 4 x Fly Screen Doors installed. We are very happy with the final product and with Matt's passion during the install to make sure it was done perfectly.

Ridiculous business!
Got 3 security doors from them, they made a mistake and didnt measure one of the doors correct that caused a gap where flies and bugs can fly in. They promised to come back anf fix it BUT guess what they took the money and never came back and COMPLETELY ignored all my messages and calls.
Disgusting! The security door promotion came with a video doorbell and still havent received anything!
Came to them around September (roughly) 2022 and ever since they have been ignoring me. Only been 3 months and the security door is jammed. Cant unlock it once its locked.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND these people to replace your security doors.
The owner or manager KERRY, you are doing a ridiculous job.

Had to get another tradie in to fix the mess! Not completed No longer responding/ poor workmanship. Feel ripped off! Just realised they have charged for the pet door which was meant to free. And for some doorbell I never got!

Doors look fantastic, even better than I imagined they would look. Measured, made and installed in a week. Highly recommend this company and product. My dog loves the pet door.

Been waiting 6 weeks for the works paid for to be completed no answer to call's texts or email.

Had Tiger Tuff come out and install a wardrobe and 3 security fly screens. Service is very quick and reliable, communication is well throughout the installation and were able to answer any questions I had regarding the final product. Will be definitely calling them back for the next room after abit more renovations.
