Absolutely disgusting! I was actually recommended to this place by another person. So in I went asking for a certain person to do my nails.
After I got asked how I like my nails I got told sorry I can’t do that. All I asked for was thinner more tapered coffin nails.
I got nails that are so thick and just yuck! When I said please fix the shape I got told I was to picky! Excuse me?

I have acrylic stuck on my skin, the black French I got is all wobbly and I walked out paying $75!
If I could give this place 0 I would have!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I went in on Thursday afternoon for a refill, chose a colour, when she was done with my nails I had 2 scratches on my hand because of her sharp nails, my nails looked bumpy and thick because of the amount of coats she put and there was even so many little black dots stuck on the clear coat, got charged $50 for a refill, I didn’t argue i just paid and left unhappy. I returned the next day on Friday to tell them that I didn’t like their job and that I wanted them to redo the colour with less coats so it doesn’t look thick, the same lady that done them on Thursday started screaming with some to no English, she charged me extra $30, I could’ve got a refill and a pedicure somewhere else for $80 THEY ARE LITERALLY RIP OFFS, she’s a old lady with glasses my friend told me that she normally does pedicure. The most disrespectful worker I have ever seen, if you don’t wanna work stay home no need to take your negativity outside. She kept telling me that it’s not her fault and that it’s because of the old place i went to they made them thick, however the place I went to before they’re amazing, my nails always look on point, only came to Tiffany nails because they were busy and I needed mine done ASAP. The owner needs to reconsider their workers or even train them on how to respect costumers, because without us customers they won’t have a job. But clearly the owner doesn’t care since I walked passed the other nail salons in Broadmeadows and Tiffany was the least busy that afternoon, no wonder why!

Worse customer service ever! Lashes only last couple of hours. Wendy is so rude! If I would give this place a 0 I would!

Had the worst experience ever visiting Tiffany nails in Broadmeadows for a 'full set'.

I specifically explained the shape that I desired beforehand, but however the staff did not care to listen and continued to do the opposite of what I asked for and when I complained about it she got angry at am and told me to just wait until she is done while rolling her eye at me.

She was so aggressive that she cut my cuticles and it started bleeding however she did not even apologise.

Once she was done and I told her I wasn’t happy with the shape, she got super angry, stood up and aggressively tossed her nails equipment aside while yelling at me telling me that she doesn’t want to finish doing my nails.

I had to stand up for myself and tell her to lower her voice and be respectful but regardless she kept yelling and started explaining her awful behaviour to other costumers as if they were complaining.

The owner, Wendy, came out from the back to see what is going on and after explaining the situation to her she did not care about her staff’s awful behaviour and did not even apologise to me. She just told me to go home and wait for her to call me to come back there so she could finish off my nails.

Obviously, I left feeling disrespected and abused and never went back there. I wish I had recorded the situation so that I could show everyone how disgusting and ridiculous these people are. I have seen many more reviews similar to mine and I wish I had read the reviews and never gone to their salon.

Do not visit this salon if you care about being
respected and achieving the results you want. Learn from my mistake and all these other bad reviews.

Worse experience ever, took my daughter there to wax her eyebrows for the first time and do her lashes, the lady rushed doing waxing of my daughther´s eye brows and she ripped her skin (left eye brow), leaving a mark, hopefully its not gonna scar. Worse thing is she didnt even apologise or say anything. Until we get to the car my daughter said my top eyelid stings. Then i noticed what happened. And also when we got home her eye lashes started falling off. Wow prices was so expensive for an hr lashes. People dont go there they are rip off and poor service. If no star was an option i would give them that. *so disappointed*

I had my lash extensions done by Wendy and within an hour my lashes started to fall out. Within a few days I had no lashes left and it is unfair so pay $110 for them to last a few days. I went asking for my money back but they refused to give me my money back. 1/10 customer service. Horrible.

It is a fine manicure pedicure place. I also experienced their waxing. They just need to be more careful with cleanliness. The wax rooms are not clean. Makes one more uncomfortable in times of COVID.

Staff are rude, it’s expensive and I had the worst set of SNS nails done in my life here, they weren’t shaped properly and looked terrible. The lady doing my nails wouldn’t cut them as short as I asked “because it looks better long”…. Umm no, it looks better how I ask for it. Go to Circle Nails, they’re a million times better.

Took my daughter and her friend horrible job done to my daughters nails lady was rude also when i told the lady about nails not being done properly she looked at me and rolled her eye also i got quoted one price and charged extra never again

Out of all the nail shops in broady, unless you like poor quality and being disrespected by rude customer service. Don't go here.

They were rough on doing my nails. They rushed it and I am not happy with my nails. Oh and if you're talking to your customers please remove the mask because we don't understand what you are saying. Sorry but never again!

Had made an appointment the day before but when we went today at our appt time, they had no record of it (even though lady put it in diary!) So had to wait til someone was free. Very hard to understand what they were saying to us under their masks. Nails came out ok, but won't go back in a hurry

Kept my friend and I waiting for 30 minutes when they said it would be done ‘ right away’ didn’t even speak to us or give us colours to choose from and then they took people who came after us before us.disgraceful

Very poor customer service. Rough pedicure, rush to get you out and the staff don't speak, they grunt. Came to pay, I presented my card and she abruptly said, 'don't you have cash? '. Really. Not going there again.

Need to learn how to maintain good customer service.because seems from the reviews your attitude to your customers is seasonal a effect.

2nd time here but i love the results when i get my shellac on my natural nails! The workers are very kind each time i visit.thank you and see you again!

I got a pedicure from the Broadmeadows Tiffany Nails and it was really good. She recommended I get shellac as it lasts longer and I love the colours available. Many thanks.

Nice people.but waiting around for 30mins for someone to my nails is a red flag.especially when you have things to do in your everyday life

I went into Tiffany Nails at Campbellfield and came out traumatised. I showed the lady a photo on their Instagram page the nails that I wanted, she said I don’t know what the colour is and made me pick the colour myself without helping me. Then she told me to “hurry up” as I ended up with a colour that I did not want but she told me it will turn out nice so I trusted her. She then judged me because I wanted diamonds and a longer length so she gave me short nails. While doing my nails she cut the side of my finger with the machine and my finger started bleeding! At this point I was thinking that out of decency she would offer a discount atleast but I was wrong.
