Old granny on the visitor centre was really arrogant, rude and stupid. When you are working on visitor’s centre try to help visitors. Tho other guy over there tried to help us, which we are really grateful.
Very idyllic excursion base for Wilson's Prom. In the evening you can see many wombats.
Every time I have been to the visitor center, the people have been very friendly and helpful. I have dealt with many employees and over the phone and each has been very good. It makes the trip very nice.
Nicely stocked up with variety of overnight or day trips, convenient and not bad for value

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and provided some great information at the visitors centre such as bus timetables, visitor guides and a map of the relevant beaches and attractions. Worth to visit here first at the beginning of your visit.
So much to do in Wilson's prom. Definitely need more than a day to enjoy all that it has to offer. Beautiful place
Staff not so friendly. I just came back from The Grampians and the staff at Hall's Gap was fantastic.
Some great information at the visitors centre and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Herein are bus timetables, visitor guides and a map of the relevant beaches and points of interest. Toilet facilities are nearby and you can buy a few things at the visitors centre if needed.
Camped here for just under a week. Weather was nice until the last couple days were it bucketed and was extremely windy. But this is to be expected from Wilson's prom I guess
Had overnight hike cancelled due to the weather, empty sites all over, but they refuse us to book one additional day in Tidal because of "overbooking"
So much to do in Wilson's prom. Definitely need more than a day to enjoy all that it has to offer. Beautiful place
