To your reply. Yes we did consult our conveyancer, who then emailed you to inform your clients to cut the grass at
the vacant block we settled on last week but you advised them not to cut the grass. Do you think the grass stops growing for 2 months or the day we sign the 60 day contract.
Seriously I couldn't believe the reply you sent to my conveyancer. The agents were also aware of this and they were the ones that told me to contact my conveyancer even after your client assured Laim Carrington this would be done! You don't deserve 1 star!
