I visited Sam's shop couple of days ago to get my watch size adjustment. Had a great experience at this watch repair shop! Sam was super humble and sweet, and I really enjoyed our conversation. Plus, got a genuine price for my watch size adjustment. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Tic Time jewellery. The owner Sam is really kind and helpful. I had a ring stuck on my finger and he was so gentle while cutting it that I didnt even realise the pain. He has a wide range of antique pieces and makes really good watches and jewellery. A big thank you Sam

Sam was lovely to chat to and did a great job at resizing my watch band! He was very accomodating, and took the time to add in and take out links to make sure I was happy with the fit. Would highly recommend visiting Sam for watch, jewellery and glasses services!

I rushed in to repair my watch 5 minutes before the shop closure and Sam has been very kind to get it fixed on the spot, nicely and quickly, and at a good price! He also shared with me his thoughts on the unique design of personalised jewelleries and showed me some of his fabulous work. Will definitely recommend to go if you want something special.

Thanks for repairing 4 wrist watches today. I drove 1.10 hrs from my house to the shop but still worth it. Charged me a reasonable price. He gave me back the wrist watches on time as he promised. Sam is a professional with many years of experince in the industry and a friendly person.

Sam is the man! I needed a replacement battery and 2 watch straps adjusted. He was able to tackle this straight away which was fantastic. An amazing job was also done to bring my wedding band back to it's original form. I had worn it too much in the gym and there were hundreds of scratches on the outside. Not a problem for Sam, he was able to buff them out in no time. I will definitely be back, thank you for the great service.

I'm so grateful to Sam for fixing beloved wedding gift spinning pendulum mantle clock from Japan. I took to the local repair shop but I'd been told it's irreparable due to lack of parts availability. However the shop staff suggested to take my clock to Tic Time (he doesn't know Sam but he must have heard good reputation of Tic Time). It's a long way from my place but I really wanted to fix it so I traveled to Clayton.
Despite the difficult time of pandemic, Sam managed to get a part from overseas (he tried more than a few attempts) and fixed perfectly.
After lost my husband due to cancer, this clock is like a member of my family and means a lot and it's great the clock back to full working condition.
It's hard to find someone like Sam who has fine craftsmanship, he is very professional, great service, 5 stars definitely. Thank you Sam!

Visited the store Friday afternoon to have my Casio Gshock watch band installed and adjusted and was met by one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
