5Since they’ve changed owners this plus is terrible, went in at 11: 50am to get lunch, nah they can’t even do that. The woman behind the counter also looked at me like a dirtbag for ordering food.
Looks like a change in ownership has led to a drop in quality. This used to be a cheap and cheerful no frills place. Seems now to be not so cheap and the food has gone from basic to very poor.
Great coffees great services quick service very clean great barista makes coffee best one I’ve tasted in plaza the coffees is quality
This cafe takes you back in time which brings back some great nostalgia. But for me the positive vibes end at this point.
The customer service is nothing to talk about as has been mentioned on other reviews. I also found my chicken schnitzel was tasteless. However I believe this can be turned around with some adjustments in service and food quality. This cafe is the traditional coffee heart of the plaza and I hope on my next visit I can give it 5 stars.
Food was unedible and service was really bad got veal snitzel could not cut or eat very over cooked and tasteless since changed hands restaurant has gone down hill
